This is my 2nd full week and I am very impressed by how Synergy operates, and how caring and friendly the trainers are. It does feel like family when I am there. It's a great non-judgmental atmosphere to do the training that I want and need to do. This is the place where you go to, to accomplish the goals you've set for yourself. With their help, of course! Whether it's to stay fit, lose weight, or any combination thereof. Their help with nutrition is also super helpful. As a busy father, who's employed full-time, and part-time student, I don't have time to go to any gym and do workouts that aren't inspiring or motivating. Seeing and now meeting some of the folks that frequent the gym has given me even more motivation to keep at it. Thank you Synergy. I look forward to the coming weeks, and seeing my progress and where I am at a year from now. Maybe, I'll even compete in one these "games" I saw everyone training hard for, in the future.
I've been a member at Synergy for 10 months and the biggest difference I've noticed with other gyms is that the trainers genuinely care about each members individual health goals. They're all extremely knowledgeable and you can tell they love their jobs. The same energy carries through to the other members. The Synergy community is really special and makes health and wellness an intrinsic part of your daily routine instead of just something to check off your to-do list.
I joined Synergy about 3 1/2 years ago and was thrilled to find this place after moving here. The trainers are super helpful and go well-beyond your time in the gym. They provided me with stretches that I should do before playing golf to prevent lower back issues and Bryon was exceptional helping me regain strength and confidence after my back problem last year. They also provide nutritional support and recognize milestones along your fitness journey. Love this place!
I can't say enough how much Synergy has changed my life. More than a gym, a community of people who care about you and your personal growth. Not just about numbers on a scale, but really caring about your goals. And people of all ages and abilities go here, I never felt like I "wasn't fit enough" or "gym savvy enough" to be here. So grateful!
Synergy is an amazing gym and I love the individualized sessions! The trainers are knowledgeable, friendly and encouraging. The entire atmosphere is welcoming and non-judgmental. Synergy is the perfect place to go to work on yourself and your fitness!

It's easy to make fitness a habit with the caring, enthusiastic group that is Endwell Synergy. Workouts are always challenging and geared to your individual goals; they've kept me coming back for more than four years.
Everything about this gym is A M A Z I N G! From the staff, to the personal training sessions, to the equipment availability, to the online community that they have created. The buildings are super clean, well maintained, and there are a variety of options to choose from. Not only are the trainers and administrators very friendly, but so are the other members! From the very beginning, everyone has made me feel so welcomed. There is a large spectrum of freedom you can have depending on your fitness goals, and the trainers are constantly supporting you every step of the way. There are also so many resources and advice given that will help you crush your goals. The amount of support that I have received from this community is overwhelming and makes me feel like for the first time in my life I am proud of myself for where I’m at and where I’m going. Synergy athletics is perfect for any person who is ready to commit to changing their life for the better, no matter where they are in their fitness journey. If fitness is something that is important to you and you’re ready to embrace it, do not hesitate to join. You will thank yourself!!! I’ve joined many different gyms in my life, and this is by far the best experience that I’ve had. It is Definitely the best gym around here!!
This is the best gym around! The staff is friendly and professional. Their knowledge of fitness and nutrition surfaces all gyms around. I would recommend this gym to anyone and will never go to another gym!
