It's a gym. Are they helpful to people who have never been to a gym before? No. They take your money and you're on your own. Could be much better with customer service and being welcoming to newbies.

The pricing is good and they have a good variety of equipment although some of it needs updating. Can be busy at times.

Nice variety of classes with Instructor that motivate you. You do need to try different instructor some are better than others. Ask the people who are taking class they know best.

Loud, continuous music is very annoying. Dated equipment. Disinterested staff. Relatively cheap.

One of the largest gyms in the area. Off and on I have been going for probably 15 years and have always seen constant improvements. Great facility and reasonable rates.
