I have been training with Joe at the Binghamton YMCA. Joe has a very positive attitude and is very supportive and encouraging to his clients. Thank You Joe for making my trainings productive and fun.
Great place to shoot hoops and lift weights. Good price too.
I worked there in childcare for short period because i couldnt stand the way some of the workers talked to the kids ages 4-5 the teacher yelled constantly rude i had to leave because i could not see it happen anymore do not recommend and never recieved check and was told put into account and was not and now refuse to answers calls about where my Money is
What time does the basketball gym usually open!?
It’s a decent facility, in the 5 years I’ve been going they have only added new vending machines changed the carpet and painted the walls while the gym floor remains dusty and the equipment is old. The prices aren’t reasonable, a high school membership is $13 a month and a college membership is $39. That makes no sense to triple the rate with a 1 year age difference.
This place is beautiful The gyms are nice the staff is pretty awesome I’m also a resident within the facility I had no where else to go when my parents kicked me out from Orange County ny I came here where it was the only place that I could find in such a short time frame.
Something is always broken here! Staff have been rude to my children on more than one occasion. Locker room shower floor is disgusting, pool toys have mold in them, visible from the outside of the toy! This YMCA is one of the worst that I have seen. And they charge SO much for a family membership!! Oh yeah I almost forgot to mention all the creeps standing around, smoking cigarettes by the back entrance! I do not recommend this place to anyone.
Nice facility with swimming pool, friendly and caring staff, plenty of parking. Accept silver sneakers and other insurance.
This place has everything. Pool, gym, raq ball courts, fitness classes, weight room, child care etc etc..... Scholarships are available for those who need it/cannot pay at all, which is super awesome. Other reviewers should take note that this is a 501c3 charity so they're constantly in need of staff and volunteers. Yeah they could use more ppl to work there.....why not volunteer your time instead of complaining on google, lol? It's as clean as other gyms and equipment is up to date. A ton of group fitness classes like Boot Camp, Y-fit, Step, Barre, Yoga, Pilates, etc at NO extra charge for members. Personally, i love this place! It has charm. Both the bingo and west y branches have friendly staff. 2018
Pretty decent facilities. Big pool. Decent free weight room not a lot of cable pull machines. Classes cost extra on top of the membership fee.
