Very welcoming atmosphere! Top of the line equipment. No high pressure to have personal training sessions, but you get guidance on your workouts and nutrition. Perfect balance. Good blend of age groups.

I started working out at Anytime Fitness about a month and a half ago and I love it! I was very nervous about working out in a gym, because I'm typically not a gym person. Dan, the owner, is very nice and so personable. He made me feel welcome and went over the machines with me and what the gym had to offer me. I feel so comfortable working out here. Dan keeps the gym so immaculate, it is the cleanest gym I have ever been to. It is one of the things I love most about the gym is how clean it is. The weight machines are so nice and up to date. I love the fact that I can work out anytime I want to. I highly recommend this gym to anyone who asks me where I work out. It's the best!!

Don't bother with this gym. Three of four treadmills wobble badly and there are only three adjustable benches including the one that typically sits in the rack.. Speaking of the full rack, there is always someone sleeping in the rack preventing you from doing what you're there to do. Also, 2 out of 3 bathrooms smell like sewage. almost forgot about the vacuuming that's constantly done around members between 11am-2pm... Nothing better than the smell of a dirty vacuum cleaner while in the middle of an intense workout!

The owner is Bad keep asking if my wife is coming and calling are phone's weird feeling much nicer people at vestal gym
