Clean, modern, and very reasonably priced. Very easily approachable staff.

Pros:
+Very clean and well-kept
+Helpful management, and no-nonsense rules enforcement
+Great variety of equipment
+24 hour access
+Showers, towels, and other solid amenities (perfect if you work downtown and want to get your workout in before you go to work)

Cons (these are pretty niche and minor):
-No Barbells. If this is what you're looking for, you've got the wrong gym. There are other great choices for that kind of thing
-Gets a bit busy at 'peak hours', so you can sometimes be best off finding a good regular schedule for going

This is really THE downtown gym. And it's quite nice. Good location, secure, and they kept the old ceiling.

This is a "staff-less" gym, but the quality of the gym is astounding. The machines are all very new, the cardio machines all have their own TV with headphone jack, and the machines are always clean. There are headphones you can borrow if you forget yours, emergency buttons you can wear around your neck in case you feel like you may need it, a fridge to keep your drinks cool, and many other amenities. On top of that, the gym is open 24/7. I would definitely recommend this gym.

Certainly the best gym in downtown Binghamton! It's accessible 24 hours, so you can just go anytime you want. Also, the owner is really nice and helpful!
A downside is not having music but you can always plug in your earphones or watch TV which are available.
