My mom paid online for a order. Delivery guy came and charged her card. Now i have to go out of my way to get a refund. I called was left on open air not even hold. Line is now busy.

Bought a family meal and the chicken was overcooked and the pieces were very small. Not happy with the fries either. Will not come back.

Waited 40 minutes for my order they had only 2 chicken tenders? I was very clear that I wanted white meat only was told you have to pay extra I know that and have no problem I expressed at least 4 times white meat only When I got home mostly legs and brown meat pieces that is not nice! I was really furious but not worth driving back I will never go to this location again FYI paid the extra money for my white meat!

What can you say, if you want KFC, you know what you are getting as it is a standard offering. This location is small, but kept clean.
