Swiss Chalet Rotisserie & Grill

The food was alright, however the driver who delivered our food was very rude and unprofessional. He told us "It's not his problem" when he forgot one of our items. Definitely would not recommend.

Absolutely the worst swiss chalet experience of our lives. Cold Food, ugly presentation, laziness of the staff. You go in and order like as if you're at a fast food joint. Both me and my gf were very disappointed. It seems the only reason this place is a float is that it's carried by old customers. The place is boring and the food is expensive for what you get. Do yourself a favor and head a bit more into port credit, many good restaurants around the area. Swiss chalet is a joke. I've been going to swiss chalet for 15 years and this experience made me decide to never go inside a swiss chalet again

Open kitchen with fast and Quick Service, Food tastes great. Great for family lunch / dinners.

Not many vegetarian options unless you want the veggie burger, there are no veggie wraps (at Swiss chalet) but the people at the counter were very helpful in giving options and were very polite.

First time eating here, didnt know that they have different set up in this location where you order on the counter pay for it and they bring your food in your table. When I ask the cashier what other side orders aside of fries she made faces as if shes frustrated. I apologize to her and said this is our first time here. Never she could never answer my question on why my bill turned out to be $58 dollars. She needs to be retrain and learn how to say thank you. Otherwise the server was nice. For that and most important is customer servixe this place is only getting 3 stars.
