Swiss Chalet Rotisserie & Grill

Tried to stop by for dinner. After several minutes of waiting I gave up hope and left, never seeing any staff.

Swish chalet is amazing here they are all great personalitie and the employee Noah is amazing. (Sons friend) The manager Rob is a very nice person as well!

Service was terrible. We ordered 4 meals as there was 4 of us they forgot to place the 4th order so my daughter had to wait 15 min extra so they could prepare her meal while we all had ours then at the end we were done eating the server forgot to wrap up the left overs to take home and tried to fix it by giving us cold rice raw broccoli and with fresh chicken over to make it look like the actual stirfry.... we still paid full price for everything but did take home our frozen rice and raw broccoli!!

Monday July 24/17 came in and we were the only ones there (I understand this is between typical lunch / dinner crowds, but my work schedule isn't 9-5 and doesn't always allow for "typical hours", and the sign DID say open.... We walked in and waited for ANYONE to acknowledge us, even had time to pick up a menu from the hostess station and peruse the new specials. I finally popped my head into the kitchen and found a member of the kitchen staff who told us to sit anywhere he'd get a waitress. We sat and visited for awhile, I got up and got the drink menu off another table and checked those out before finally just leaving (we agreed to leave after 10 minutes if no one came). Someone did yell from the door *facepalm* and asked if we wanted to eat (perhaps we were there for the fine art?). Went across the street to OJs, was greeted immediately, and had a great meal. Every one gets a second chance, but it may be awhile.

I have had a few really good experiences at this Swiss chalet, the food was awesome!
