Absolutely horrible experience! Went through drive thru as we were in a hurry.  The food wasn't great, was cold, order was wrong and not like any other A&W we've been to.

When we called to let them know that our order was wrong my husband had to speak to 2 different people. He was told that he was wrong and that our order has to be correct. They did offer to replace it if we came in right away. That wasn't something that we could do however.  10 mins later, another employee called my husband back and proceeded to argue with him that our order had to have been correct as the kitchen staff told her it was. Unreal!!

Frequently get orders wrong in the drive thru, services is god awfully slow, though usually because the owner doesn't staff enough people; the staff that do work are trying their best I think. And for some reason, they insist on giving you a whole wheat bun with their veggie burgers, even when you don't ask for it, and even when it isn't specified on their menu. It's the only A&W in town though, and for those who just don't have many alternatives at McDangles or elsewhere, you're stuck with this if you're cravin' burgs.
