J&A Chinese Restaurant

Great place to eat. Staff is friendly, our meal was fresh, tasty and big amount. Actually I can't wait to go back, my chicken balls were far the best what I ever tried.

Placed an order Saturday afternoon ahead of the Sunday New Years Eve Rush. Pick up order and start heading back. Get a call from them saying they forgot a bag, slightly annoyed but turn back and go pick it up. No big deal at this point. Get home and unwrap our Bags. Find that out order of 4 egg rolls was changed for 4 orders of chicken wings. Had ordered sweet and sour chicken and palace chicken, they look exactly the same. Tried the Chicken to make sure. Ya definitely the same chicken. Return and now I'm really annoyed. Inform them of the issues. Get an argument instead. They tell me that Palace chicken is the same as sweet and sour chicken only more spicy. I've tasted both, it's the exact same thing. Get my money back for the erroneous food. Then they said that they'll throw the 4 egg rolls in to cook now. They Try to give me a total for the egg rolls. I say nevermind and start to walk out, they yell at me to stop and tell me that they won't charge me. Last time we ever have food here again. Food is now cold, sauces are the same, service is HORRIBLE! Take your money elsewhere!

Don't believe the negative whiners. This place is by far the best in Okotoks for Chinese.

Fresh, hot, tasty! We've eaten at J&A several times now and it's always delicious. It's not as greasy as other Chinese food places we've been to. We will be back!
