Since our doors first opened in 1954, Canadian families have been coming back to Swiss Chalet generation after generation. Our rotisserie ovens only accept fresh (never frozen), grain-fed, Canadian Grade A chickens, because quality is all we know. So what will it be? A Quarter Chicken with fries?

Shoutout to Belle right off the top—she was outstanding. Friendly, attentive, and just had everything dialed in. Checked in at the right times, kept things moving without rushing us, and even offered up a second coffee before we had to ask huge bonus in my books.nFood was exactly what you want from Swiss Chalet—hot, fresh, and bang on with the order. And the Chalet Sauce? Still undefeated.nRestaurant was clean, comfortable, and had that classic Swiss Chalet vibe we go for every time.nBig credit to Belle and the team—this is how it’s done. Went there at the end of the year to celebrate exams being done. We were assisted by a wonderful hostess named Rowan who was extremely patient, attentive, caring and friendly. She answered all of our questions with extreme detail and made it extremely easy to decided on what we wanted to eat. I would definitely recommend going there, and will definitely be going back there myself!
I had a great experience ordering takeout from Swiss Chalet thanks to Kiara! She was friendly, professional, and made sure everything was accurate and ready on time. The food was fresh, hot, and packed carefully. Kiara’s excellent customer service really stood out and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. It’s always nice dealing with someone who genuinely cares about customers. I’ll definitely be ordering again!
Rachel was amazing! She handled our dinner takeout order so well and was super friendly from start to finish. Everything was organized, accurate, and ready on time. You can tell she really cares about giving great customer service and making people feel welcome. Thanks Rachel for being so kind and making the experience easy and enjoyable. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had at Swiss Chalet!
We ordered our, so I can’t comment on the atmosphere, however, this is what I can comment on:n- two of the five meals we ordered were not deliveredn- the loaded mashed potatoes were not loaded and came with gravy. To make it worse, they tasted oldn- the cheesy bread was not cooked. The butter and cheese were both unmeltedn- the French fries were barely cooked and soggyn-the white chicken breast was so dry that even gravy dint do it justice, and the dark meat was so dry that it needed a lot of gravy to choke down
