Pizza Nova

Fantastic atmosphere and staff. The pizzas are simply amazing! Thin crust, fresh toppings and great variety. True Italian style pies! I crave this place every once in a while. I wish I lived close to one. Definitely a must-try for any gastronomy enthusiasts.

Was served the most perfect, golden panzerotti. Loaded with meaty toppings and cheese. Always cooked to my preference, great staff, service and family. Not sure what else you can say about this place, but if you buy that cheap cardboard pizza from anywhere else in Bowmanville, I simply feel bad for your taste-buds. My go-to!

Usually good food. Good family business. However I tried their panzerotti today was horrible. Small, burnt and falling apart in my hands. Totally unsatisfying.

I ordered a panzerotti and lasagna from them last night. I live a 2 minute drive away. The order took about 35 minutes to come. When we received the order the panzerotti had entirely wrong toppings from what we ordered. It was correct on the bill but completely wrong on the panzerotti. Called the 310 number (because you can't call the store directly) to get a replacement as quickly as possible. After waiting 50 minutes for a replacement that was their fault, I decided I just wanted my money back. I spent 15 minutes on the phone with customer service and finally the driver arrived one hour later with the replacement. I told him I just wanted my money back as I now had eaten. The customer service was terrible from the central customer service to the driver to the store. You would think that since they messed up my original order, they would have sent a replacement as quickly as possible considering I live 2 minutes from the store. I would have thought that the actual store might have called to apologize, but nothing. It's probably a good thing for these stores that they are protected from complaints by the central ordering system. Unfortunately they do not have to be accountable to anyone. I will pop in the store and lodge my complaint to see how the manager handles it face to face. I will never order from this store again.

I've tried every pizza joint between Oshawa and Peterbrough. THE MOST CONSISTENT, PIZZERIA EVER IS PIZZA-NOVA! The primmuci's really have a recipe for over 50 years that is unmatched in ontario, combined with great ingredients.... You'll never go to another pizza place again once you figure out the way you want it cooked and topped! Stop wasting your money, buy an extra-cheese, meat supreme pizza!
