This McDonalds is so bad. I order a large fry, and at this point I might as well ordered a small. The fries are always cold. The mcchicken taste like the chicken has been sitting in their warmers for hours. The wait is terribly long just for you to be disappointed with your food. I 100% do not recommend this Mcdonalds. I will not be ordering here anymore.

Jovie the manager on duty at 12:45 today when I went in needing 12 happy meals for a birthday party was BEYOND amazing. She not only made sure every order was correct she labeled each box for me to make it easy for us to quickly distribute to the kids at the party. And she got us all done for me in 10 mins so I wanted to show how greatful I was for the smooth, efficient response and effort I received at this location today to Mae this birthday party meal go off as a hit for the kids.

terrible drive thru. If you’re not capable of working on New Year’s Day, don’t be open. It’s plain and simple. “It’s company policy, I can’t swap out the mayo in the chicken snack wrap happy meal for ranch”. Meanwhile, 2 days ago, your midnight crew with double the amount of cars in line were able to do it no problem. 5 stars for them. 0 stars for the wannabe manager with new “privileges” who can’t even make an attempt to make the customer happy. You’re telling me if a child is allergic or has a food sensitivity to mayo and would like to sub it out for ranch—you’re straight up telling the child: “sorry I can’t do that for you but I can upgrade your meal”. News flash; the mayo substitution isn’t coming out of your paycheque. You have workers wearing headsets who are making the meals and more than able to do the change. The ability to problem solve and give genuine customer service is beyond concerning for someone of this level. Terrible promotion selection. I am fully sitting in the Courtice drive thru instead because I would rather inconvenience myself and drive out of town and guess what! They said “no problem!”. All smiles, no problems, and i was able to get the wraps I wanted. Because it’s that simple.

I went for picking up an Uber order in the morning at 5.00am 31 May 26. Firstly they didn't respond my message as they mentioned after that at drive thru. When I approached the windows still they didn't respond then a guy came to the window and said that customer always do same order like lunch in breakfast time. So we can't fulfill the order so try to call the customer to cancel it.nHe said they already told same thing to 4 -5 uber drivers.nnLike why u guys are not making changes to your app rather than wasting time of the uber or other drivers. They are not getting paid for that if they are coming 3 or 4 km to pick up the order it is from their pocket not urs. So change ur menu in the uber list don't waste someone's time nd gas to come nd go back.

Ordered through uber eats and had a poutine I ate a few bites of it and the cheese was very dry and then my last bite i took ended up tasting like BLACK MOLD!!! I didn't even notice anything wrong with it at first since the gravy covered everything I'm really disgusted feeling like I'm gonna vomit and it's mcdonalds I wasn't expecting like top tier quality food but this is too far serving people literal moldy old cheese
