Ordered online, arrived at the time the system said to, was greeted by five others who were waiting over 30 mins each, the order was an hour late getting to me, and while correct, the pizza was missing cheese and sauce on a quarter of the pizza.  Management did nothing to address the inconvenience other than a free piece of bread.  Second time in a row an experience ruined by a crappy online ordering system.  Cara foods must address their online integration with restaurants and support front line staff who have to deal with the consequences of their negligence.

We will not be returning to an East side Mario's again.

Ordered a garden salad without croutons as I have celiac and cannot eat gluten. After they confirmed my order over the phone and in the restaurant on pickup. I got back to my hotel and found croutons in my meal. I suppose I should have checked before leaving the restaurant, but when it's confirmed twice I shouldn't have to. 

Tried to order from there on a second occasion when working out of town, and was put on endless hold when I didn't want to give them my email to receive promotions. I'm working out of town and probably will not return to bowmanville. 

Overall the experience was less than desirable. Will not be returning.

The food was absolutely terrible.  The appetizer was under cooked, leaving a greasy cheese mess.  You could see it was under cooked and yet they serve it to you.  The soup was beyond salty...couldn’t finish it.  One piece of chicken was cooked properly, the other resembled a tough piece of shoe leather.  No flavor to anything.  Got up in the middle of the night feeling nauseous.  Never again will I visit an Eastside Mario’s.

We have had success in the past here. However, tonight was the slowest service eve at a restaurant. Food was fine but took 2 hours for us to be served... we were 8 but there was hardly anyone else in the restaurant. Crazy.

The food was great, smaller servings than they used to be, but the service was terrible. After being sat it took 30 minutes for a server to take our order. If it had been busy I would understand but it was a very slow evening with only my group and maybe six other tables. Wine glasses were served to us dirty with lipstick from the previous customer still on the rim! We were given salad with no plates to disperse it and when we requested some it took 10 minutes before they were brought to us. 

When we inquired about the change in quality of service the only excuse given was "New owner new rules". 

I recommend any other East Side Mario's over this one. But if you must choose this location be aware that it will take three times as long as you expect to have your meal.
