If I could rate lower I would worst sandwich ever. Where did they find this "fish" from? Heat lamp days? Was like jerky. And no napkins. Never again.
3/5 I got slow service every time. Nothing much to comment about. It’s regular McDonald’s as always. Last experiment I had was terrible. It was a cut side pick up order. Waited for over 15mins, which is unusual for fries, nuggets and poutine. While waiting I have seen other customers being asked to pull over into reserved spots to wait for food. I gave up after 15mins and took drive thru option, they were lost for a bit and finally found my order - almost felt like it was ready by no one got it out.forgot mostly
I'm aware that the expectations for fast food should be lower than a restaurant but how hard is it for these employees to actually do their job? Several times - and again today - I ordered a few burgers, only ketchup. Probably the simplest thing you can make but they add mustard onto it almost each time and sometimes onion and pickles too. I also ordered fries and the past few times they have been soggy and undercooked. Their job is to take the order correctly and then make it correctly. Obviously, they don't know that since they screw up the simplest orders. Awful food and useless service.
Every time I order here things are wrong. Last time over a month ago I had to go back and I to the store because the entire order was wrong. Today once again order wrong. Nothing out of the ordinary just missing items and cold food. Wait twenty minutes for “fast food” to find out of course WORNG. There way of “making the customer happy” is put the customer out again with no help. Excuse after excuse. If you have any other options take them. Asked what would make me happy to justify the wrong. I tell the manager how he can make it and I get the well no we can’t/won’t do that. Great customer serves guys. Clearly management here needs to be changed. Once again useless service. But wrong food is better then cold food because there isn’t a closer location. That heart attack burger is apparently my 10 nuggets. Talk to any of the management at this location and they are all door matts which is clearly shown by the staff as well as the lack of professionalism ensuring orders go out proper. At least someone benefits because the nuggets will be far better than this thing.
I am so unimpressed with this place. The manager is absolutely irresponsible and is completely 100% responsible for my friends allergic reaction that is happening right now and won’t even pick up the phone so we can find out what exactly it is that he accidentally put as a sauce on a big Mac besides big Mac sauce that is causing her face to go red and her lips to swell and I think I’m going to have to take her to the hospital. Why is nobody picking up the phone
This location genuinely sucks. They don't like thier job and yes it's the girl that wanted fresh food on Dec 18 @ 3:03am and didn't say I wanted a combo. It's your job to ask given I just wanted to make sure it was fresh. My bad that I have to say everything so you just have to put my food in a bag. The cashier was good with the handling my frustration. Other than that. Fix your staff.
The place was very busy but we still got our food quickly, everything was accurate and tasted great. The restaurant was fairly clean and they had crew members activley cleaning as we were there. Overall good experience and I can say this mcdonalds ranks higher on my list in terms of consistency compared to others in the area.
If there was one word to describe this location it's DYSFUNCTIONAL. Avoid this location if you can, and if you can't, double check your order no matter how simple because you cannot trust the employees here to!!!!! I get it's fast food and not a real restaurant but mistakes on EVERY SINGLE ORDER? It's UNREAL. I've never seen another location like this... Idk how they are even operating... The amount of refunds/free food this place must be giving away to make up for the endless mistakes they make daily how are they even making a profit??? Management clearly does not know how to train employees properly. Also, if you have to wait in one of their spots after going through the drive-thru, be prepared to wait 10+ mins for your food!
Don't order delivery from here. You won't get what you pay for. Got a mc muffin instead of mc griddle, missing condiments asked for. Has happened multiple times with other items . Fine when you go in, but you can keep them accountable if there are any mistakes.Food: 3/5
Completely unacceptable customer service was experienced at this location. My friend and I decided to stop at McDonalds for a coffee. We usually go in the drive-thru but noticed that it was open. We decided to dine in and have a nice talk. We placed our order on the self-serve screen. Two coffees, a mcflurry, two apple pies, a muffin, and some French fries. Our order number was 995 and displayed on the order screen. We sat and waited. We waited, waited and waited. We looked at the screen and noticed our number had disappeared. After waiting 8 minutes for a simple order, I made mention that we had not received our order yet. The woman at the counter said "after I'm done this mcdelivery order, I'll get to your order" 5 minutes later, we were told that the muffin we chose wasn't available at the restaurant currently and the apple pies were not cooked so we would have to wait 15 minutes for them to be made. We had already waited for so long, so we asked if we could get cheeseburgers instead of the apple pies. We were told it was fine. After waiting another 5 minutes, I approached the counter again to ask about the cheeseburgers and it seemed they forgot about it. The cheeseburgers were ready long before I had to ask for them. Worst customer service ever and we will not be returning to dine in.
