We arrived early for our 4:00 p.m. reservation on Mother’s Day and understood there could be a short wait, even though the restaurant was not very busy at the time. While waiting for the rest of our family, we decided to sit at the bar. Unfortunately, the two bartenders were engaged in conversation and never acknowledged us or offered to take a drink order, which was disappointing. Thankfully, once we were seated, our server was excellent and provided amazing service for the rest of our visit.
Had a great experience with our server Natalie F. Took my mom for an early Mother’s Day meal Saturday May 9. Excellent service,…. Was attentive not smothering. Friendly and personable without crossing any lines. Hope to be in her section again.
I visited Boston Pizza about a week ago and I was pleasantly surprised. I haven’t eaten at that location before but, the food was really good. We didn’t wait for a long time for our food to be served and the service was exceptional. Definitely 5 star service. If you visit this Boston Pizza ask for Dimetra, amazing service. Was very polite, courteous and kept on top of the service, let us know if the specials, very knowledgeable with the menu and when asked for recommendations she definitely came through. Food was delicious. Will be back for sure.
Every single time I am hungry I always come to BP for lunch and Kelsey always takes amazing care of me! She memorizes my drink and food order, and always keeps super attentive and always has such an uplifting energy, love being served by her! 10/10
I recently visited Boston Pizza and had a satisfying dining experience overall. The pasta dish I ordered was a standout—rich in flavor, perfectly cooked, and paired with delicious garlic bread that complemented it well. The combination was hearty and enjoyable.nnThe chicken wings, however, could use some improvement. While they weren’t bad, they didn’t quite meet expectations in terms of flavor or texture. The fries were decent but leaned a bit too soft for my preference—I would have liked them crispier.nnDespite these minor drawbacks, the meal was enjoyable, and the service was friendly. I’d rate my experience 4 out of 5 stars and would definitely return, especially for the pasta. With a little tweaking on the wings and fries, this could easily be a 5 star meal!
