Swiss-Aire Motel

For a motel, our experience has been very nice. Rooms have hair dryers, fridges, microwaves, and TVs. There is free WiFi. There is a nice patio area out front to hang out with friends. Our only issue was with our refrigerator, and once we reported the issue to the staff, it.was fixed promptly. Location is right by the Sugar River Trail, and just a short walk from downtown, restaurants, shops, etc.

I left wondering where the folks that work here lost their famous Midwestern niceness. Probably the first hotel/motel ever where we weren't even greeted upon entrance, or made eye contact with, for the duration of our stay. They wouldn't give us the welcome package for the wedding we were there attend. Rooms are way over-priced for the lack of cleanlines, there were clumps of hair in the bathtub from the past guests when we arrived. Overall, very disappointing experience.

Not a bad place to hang your hat for the night. Just couldn't get past the smell of the room. It was like an old truck driver who for days bathed with old spice instead of soap and water.

We've stayed here many times. Always clean. Very accommodating. Close to the brewery. Will keep coming and recommending to others

Great motel. Super clean. Good place to put your head down.
