SVP Sports is hands down one of my favorite stores!nnIf you're looking for great prices on brand name clothing and shoes, this is the place to go. I find the store layout perfect and the customer service is truly next level — far better than most other sports stores where it's hard to find help. Here, the staff are always friendly, available, and ready to assist with any request.nnOn my last visit, I picked up quite a few items and couldn’t be happier. The prices are fantastic and the variety of shoes and apparel is huge.nnHighly recommended — 100%!
I recently purchased a pair of Adidas shoes from SVP Sports - Scarborough Superstore, and after using them for just 3 weeks, I noticed they had defects. When I returned to the store to address the issue, I was extremely disappointed by the poor customer service. One of the managers, who appeared to be of Indian descent, was not only unwilling to assist with the return but also displayed rude and unprofessional behavior. He dismissively told me to contact Adidas directly and refused to take the product back.nnAs a paying customer, I expected a reasonable solution or, at the very least, respectful communication. Instead, I was met with hostility and a lack of accountability. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I strongly urge SVP Sports - Scarborough Superstore to improve its customer service and staff training. I cannot recommend this store based on my experience.
Visited this location June 3 as several people had nothing but good things to say about selection of merchandise. I was looking for running shoes and asked a store associate for assistance. He was just finishing up with another customer and I explained what my ideal running shoes should incorporate … well SHAYAN nailed it with his first recommendation. His attention to detail was impressive and his customer service skills were above and beyond, not only with me but with all the customers, I observed him interacting with.nnHigh praise for SHAYAN a real people person!!
I can only speak on my experience buying basketball stuff from here. I've bought two pairs of ball shoes, a ball and some socks all at amazing prices so I'm more than satisfied. can't explain the reason for some of these discounts, I assume they're due to lack of interest in the products or the products themselves having defects/imperfections. either way, works for me. they have some kinda sale running every time I visit so that's neat, perhaps that's the only way to get business. employees seem nice.
2024 September 3nUsed to be another sports retailer a while back. Now this is SVP. Large sports related clothing store. Here, you'll find shoes, jerseys, caps, bags and other smaller sports related items. Nothing big, no balls, bats, or sports related gear.nPrices are ok. Certainly not the cheapest, but fairly well priced.nStaff was fine. I'm sure they are rated as they ask who helped you at checkout. Quick in and out.nnParking plenty.
