Great place for discount athletic wear. Most, if not all, of the items are old stock but everything is brand new. This location is a big, spaced out store which has a good selection. The staff is really helpful and friendly. At certain times throughout the year, they have additional discounts.
The shoe collections are great and amazing. They have really cheap pricing as well good quality products. The only drawback I felt in this store is that the employees are constantly trying to sell a shoe cleaner to us. Even after refusing, they seem to still pressure us to buy it. Idk if they are trained to do like that, but its really exhausting. I even saw one of the managers asking the employees try to sell their shoe spray. Please ask your employees to give some space and time for us to shop around freely.
I've been looking for short ankle boots for a while and found SVP Sports just as I was coming out of Winners. So glad I found SVP!nI got the perfect pair of Kodiak leather waterproof boots here for about 70% less than anywhere else! Will definitely shop here again!
My recent visit to SVP Sports was incredibly disappointing. I was in search of turf soccer shoes for an upcoming game, but the store only had display sizes available. Even after checking in the back, the employee informed me they had no stock.nnFeeling compelled to make a purchase, I reluctantly settled for a display model one size larger than my usual. When I approached the manager, hoping for some flexibility in pricing given the circumstances, I was met with dismissiveness. Not only did he offer no assistance, but he callously insisted that the already overpriced shoe, discounted by a measly dollar from $80 to $79, was the best deal I could hope for.nnThis lack of empathy and unwillingness to accommodate customers' needs is disappointing, to say the least. SVP Sports should prioritize customer satisfaction over profit margins, especially in situations where customers are left with no other choice. I expected better service from a store of this caliber.nnThis blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and shameless profiteering are disgraceful. SVP Sports has clearly abandoned any pretense of valuing its customers and instead prioritizes squeezing every last penny from their wallets. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere.
Large selection of shoes with great prices. There's a downside to my purchase. I got a wide shoe and sice wearing the for a short spell, I can no longer wear them. Even with insoles. Next time, I will spend more time in the shoes at the store. The salesperson here was great. He was energetic and attentive to his customers.
