Place was a little far from me but I wanted to get my son a Halloween costume so we made the trip. Wasn’t busy when we got there. They had many selections ranging from different sizes and ages. This location was big. We ended up finding a dinosaur costume and i also bought some spooky pjs! It started getting packed by the time we were cashing out. Only suggestion would be to have more than 2 cashiers cos the line was LOOOOONG right after. Other than that, great experience. My 2 year old wanted to go back lol
My 1st time visiting there found them quite by chance. I actually got to complete my Halloween costume thanks to that little cute place. They have a huge variety of costumes I highly recommend you go check it out.
Not that this company cares or will do anything about the poor management because they don’t answer their phones !However I purchased a Harley costume however it was missing all the accessories, including the head band , mask and stocking . I was refused a refund although the costume I received was defective. I am extremely unsatisfied with the customer service at this location . Amber and the other manager was extremely disrespectful and combative. I was basically humiliated over an issue that was out of my control. I still did not get a refund , I understand the no exchange and refund policy however if the costume is missing pieces and is defective then customers should have the right to receive a refund . All in all the managers should be more sympathetic and understanding when dealing with customers .
Costumes of all kind for babies, kids and adults. They have some decoration stuff too.nMasks, wigs, make up and accessories are sold here as well.
Worst location I have been too. Even witnessed a fight breakout between staff and a customer. Asked for help finding an item and I was told they have none but knew better to continue looking and found one. Last issue after finding an item they said they did not have magically the price on the actual item was not honored and I was told it was much more in thier system ??? My daughter really wanted the mask and costume so I still over paid for it. . Also some isles all the masks were just piled on the floor not even displayed properly. Never seen a sprit halloween location quite like this one.
