Spirit halloween is such a good place to converse. Love going here anytime of the season to look hang around or window shop there's always new things to see. Definitely will go again with friends and family for the festivities. Again love the service and friendly environment this location has to offer.
this location profiled me and my friends, and asked us to give our bags because of their “bag policy” which is apparently only for high schoolers when I saw other students like us with their bags. they still followed us despite us giving our bags already. when we confronted the employees about how they’re only enforcing this policy on us, they claimed that the other customers must have just passed by them and wasn’t able to enforce the policy on them as well. i asked one employee if the policy is legitimate and they initially said “i dont know” until a manger came in to save them and said they apparently do have this policy. management: terrible. everything about this location: terrible.
Was profiled at this store and was followed around the entire time I was trying to shop. I was told there was a “bag policy” which was enforced for me, but as I walked around the store after having given them my bag, there were many customers with their bags on them, same size, same type of bag. Was also followed around the store while looking around, despite having my bag already taken from me. When confronted about this, their excuse was that those people must have slipped by them without them knowing. This is not the case as there was a man right in front of them with his big backpack on his back, which was very visible and they did not say anything to him. The manager came and said he will walk around the floor and enforce the policy for other customers, but my friend went in the store to see if this was true, and unsurprisingly there were many customers still with their bags on them. Will never forget this, very traumatic and upsetting.
My 1st time visiting there found them quite by chance. I actually got to complete my Halloween costume thanks to that little cute place. They have a huge variety of costumes I highly recommend you go check it out.
Outstanding customer service! Amber was amazing, she helped us pick out animatronics and took the time to explain and answer all our questions. Will definitely go back soon to finish our Halloween shopping!
