As much as I like the styles of Park & Fifth, the quality and service is not there.nnI got all my bridesmaid/MOH dresses there and a wedding guest dress for myself there.nnBy the end of the wedding, multiple bridesmaids had rips in their dresses and we had to use a sewing kit to fix it.nnMy own guest wedding dress had multiple seam pulls show in the pictures attached after one use. Had to throw the dress in the garbage after.nnI was also upset as one bridesmaid ended up needing a size up after buying a dress there 6 months before the wedding, and they wouldn’t do an exchange for a different size. She had to BUY THE DRESS AGAIN.nnTerrible customer service and quality. It’s one time use dresses only.
I stopped with my Maid Of Honour to search for a few special occasion dresses and honestly was so impressed with the cleanliness of the boutique, the friendly, kind and patient team members and the overall experience!nnThe selection of dresses were absolutely gorgeous and they have many colours and styles to choose from.nnThey were able to accommodate us as walk ins and were really kind about it and made us feel welcome and were very attentive and professional!nnI found three gorgeous dresses for my upcoming honey moon.nnBut the best of all is that I fell in love with dress I happened to see in person and it will be my wedding dress!!nnThank you for such a lovely experience from the warmest welcome to my time checking out.nnTruly a memorable visit!
The store is super cute and you cant come out of it without finding your dress. Nia was helping me and she was amazing. Love every dress I wore. Definitely recommend this beautiful store
I came here today to purchase a dress for a wedding! I came here specially for the two dresses I saw on sale but the one that Kate picked out suited me way better! The one I purchased wasn’t on sale but is very pretty!
Park and fifth is a great store where I found a beautiful dress for my daughter's wedding.nThanks to Jessie, who was sweet and gave me ample to choose from and provided great advice, I walked out with something of quality that is simple and classy like I had hoped to find also at an affordable price.nnEach employee I interacted with was friendly, helpful, professional, pleasant and greeted me with a smile.nI overall had a positive experience and enjoyed the store's ambiance, music and clean layout.nnI most definitely recommend Park and Fifth that had been initially suggested to me by my daughter and plan on returning again.
