We had our bridesmaids appointment at Park & Fifth and Emily was great. She did a wonderful job keeping us moving through the dresses because with five girls the 50-minute appointment goes by very quickly. She was organized, helpful, and made the experience smooth for our group.nThe only reason I’m not giving five stars is because it was disappointing that not all dress styles are available to try on in the colours they offer. I understand the sustainability aspect of their made-to-order approach, but in practice it can actually create more waste. If someone orders a dress without being able to see the exact style and colour combination in person and ends up not liking it, it has to be returned and replaced, which creates additional shipping and emissions anyway.nOne of the main reasons this company stands out compared to brands like Azazie or Birdy Grey is that they have physical stores where you can see the material and try on the dresses before ordering. That’s a big advantage for bridesmaids who want to feel confident about fit and fabric before going through the ordering process. Because of that, it would really improve the experience if all dress styles were available to try on in store.nIt would also help if there were more appointments available, as they book up very far in advance. Additionally, the dresses available for try-on are not accessible to people who walk in, which feels like a missed opportunity for customers who just want to quickly see styles and fabrics in person.nOverall, we had a positive appointment thanks to Emily, but there are definitely some areas where the in-store experience could be improved.
My experience at my private bridal dress appointment with Isabelle was perfect. I didn’t have a lot of options because the wedding is in 4 months but I was able to find a dress that felt great on my body, fit the brides criteria, and which will arrive on time.nnIsabelle gave really good advice about adjustment options & material, and helped me quickly define what dresses fit my exact needs.nnI also loved the space - options to sit, open, bright, tall mirrors, extra shoes to try on.nnLocation was perfect for me travelling from Union Station. Free shipping and 10% off purchase after my fitting were lovely additions.nnOnly idea to up-level the experience could be a tea/coffee bar to give a cozy vibe. But I do understand you wouldn’t want any drinks spilling on dresses. I did enjoy the mints!nnOverall would highly recommend to others.
I was a little worried before coming in because of some of the reviews I had read, but our experience was wonderful. Our appointment was scheduled ahead of time and from the moment we arrived the welcome was warm and professional. We were taken upstairs for our appointment and the staff member helping us was extremely helpful, offering advice and different options.nnAfterwards we went downstairs to try the dress on the first floor, and again the staff were attentive, friendly, and professional. The whole experience was a pleasure from start to finish. We will definitely be back. Keep up the great work!
I recently had a very disappointing experience at this store. I booked my appointment months in advance and was only able to secure a single 50-minute time slot for my group of six bridesmaids. Despite requesting a longer appointment, I was told this was not an option. Given the circumstances, I also reached out to customer service ahead of time to ask whether I could be notified of any same-day cancellations that might allow us to extend our appointment. I was informed that this, too, was not possible.nnWe arrived at 8:50 AM for our 9:00 AM appointment, following the strict instructions that arriving late could result in cancellation. Despite this, we were made to wait outside in the snow until exactly 9:00 AM. Once inside, there was minimal greeting or acknowledgment of the special occasion—it felt rushed and impersonal.nnThe staff were not helpful during the appointment. Instead of assisting us in selecting dresses, they spent time gossiping and laughing among themselves while I, as the bride, scrambled to find options for six bridesmaids that would suit them.nnThe dress selection was extremely limited. Many styles were missing sizes, and several dresses were only available in alternate colors, which made it difficult to visualize the look as a cohesive group. Showroom dresses were stained with makeup and had an unpleasant odor, making it challenging to try them on properly.nnToward the end of our appointment, one associate loudly announced that we only had ten minutes remaining and then returned to gossiping, offering no guidance or support. When the selections were compiled, one bridesmaid—who had earlier been assured her chosen dress was available in pistachio green—was told it was not. As a result, she left without a dress and was given no alternative options or solutions.nnOverall, the experience felt rushed, unprofessional, and lacking the care and attention one expects for such an important occasion. My bridesmaids and I felt pressured, unsupported, and unable to enjoy this milestone moment. For a significant investment in dresses, I expected far more attentive, knowledgeable, and customer-focused service.nnI understand that mistakes can happen; however, offering no solution or attempt to rectify the situation is unacceptable. Having worked in retail myself for over six years, I know firsthand the importance of attentive, solution-oriented customer service. I consistently treated my customers—who were not shopping for one of the most important days of their lives—with care, respect, and genuine support. Given the significance of this occasion and the level of investment involved, I expected the same level of professionalism and consideration.
Had a great experience shopping with my bridesmaids for their dresses. They all said 'yes' to their dresses. Everyone was so helpful. I recommend booking a back to back apt like we did so you don't have to rush and have more time to make decisions, try on dresses, fabrics, take pictures, etc!
