If you plan to shop here with your bridesmaids, I strongly recommend booking more than one time slot. The 50-minute appointment was not enough time to comfortably make decisions, and the experience felt very rushed and hectic. The sales associate repeatedly removed dresses from the room that members of my bridal party liked, which made the process frustrating rather than helpful.nnI was also disappointed that the sales associate never asked for my name—or the names of anyone in the wedding party—which made the experience feel impersonal. Additionally, the manager was extremely rude to multiple customers who were voicing similar concerns. This is not the level of customer service you would expect when purchasing a $300 bridesmaid dress.
I purchased the Fairview Dress in off-white, and unfortunately my experience has been very disappointing. When I opened the package, I immediately noticed the dress was damaged before I even unfolded it completely. It was clear that this dress had been purchased and returned by someone else.nUpon unfolding the dress further, I found a small black spot and noticed that the overall quality was very poor. The stitching was not done well, and the dress did not reflect the price I paid—$325. For the cost, I expected much higher quality and care.nTo make matters worse, P&F customer service only offered me a 15% discount leaving the final total for damaged goods to be $264. I find this unacceptable given the condition in which the dress arrived.nSadly, I cannot recommend this dress or the customer service based on my experience.
Ilana was so supportive of me during my bridal dress appt. From the moment I stepped in the staff were all so warm and welcoming. It was such a fun process from the start. I’d gone to a few other bridal dress shops and hadn’t felt the comfort I felt at Park and 5th with Ilana. + it’s incredibly budget friendly for gorgeous pieces.
Great place for bridesmaid dresses and more simple bridal dresses!nOur stylist Emily was sooo amazing and attentive to our needs.nnHighly recommend booking an appointment to allocate time and special attention to your needs.nnThis is a small canadian woman owned businesses, so we were advised to order earlier august wedding due to available stock.nnEtc:n- we parked underground in a separate location and walked 10 minutesn- not entirely wheelchair accessible but doable if you let them know in advancen-need to walk up stairs for private viewing
The dresses are pretty, but the customer service was terrible. The appointment felt extremely rushed. We were ready to purchase our dresses and just wanted to try them on one last time before buying, but our stylist had already removed all of the dresses from the change room. As a result, they lost a sale.nnOn top of that, there were dresses on a different floor that we had seen online and were interested in. Even though those dresses were in stock, we were told we were not allowed to try them on. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend coming here.
