I stopped in for a few special occasion dresses and honestly was so impressed with the cleanliness of the boutique, the friendly, kind and patient team members and the overall experience!nnThe selection of dresses were absolutely gorgeous and they have many colours to choose from.nnThey were able to accommodate us as walk ins and were really kind about it and made us feel welcome and were very attentive and professional!nnI found three gorgeous dresses for my upcoming honey moon.nnBut the best of all is that I fell in love with dress I happened to see in person and it will be my wedding dress!!nThank you for such a lovely experience from the warmest welcome to my time checking out.nnTruly a memorable visit!
A wonderful experience. I made an appointment to try on a few dresses from their bridal collection. The store carries a few sizes for each dress so it was easy to get a sense of fit vs what would need to be altered. All the dresses I tried had simple and modern silhouettes with a little something special about the dress itself or something to add. Everything was very well made with beautiful material, all lined, and cut to compliment women's figures, and keep things nice and smooth.nWe were expertly guided by Kerry who was engaged and very helpful throughout the appointment. With a few strategically placed clips, Kerry understood how to make you feel snatched. If needed, Kerry explained what, where, and how a dress could be altered to best fit you and your body; suggested when to add/avoid a accessories depending on the dress; and provided sizing and availability details for ordering.nIt was perfect. I have since ordered my dress, and I would recommend Park & Fifth to any bride.
Had a wonderful time at the Toronto location with my bridesmaids looking at dresses. I’m glad we made an appointment. We had our own section upstairs with our own change rooms, and a very helpful associate named Kerri. The dresses looked even better in person. All of the girls are very excited for our wedding!
I had such a lovely time with my Consultant Jess trying on bridal dresses. She was fun, supportive and I felt like I was shopping with a close friend. She made the process super fun and memorable, not to mention the dresses are beautiful. I have also previously purchased a dress here for a friend's wedding when I was a bridesmaid. I would highly recommend this store!
I purchased 2 dresses, a size too small & one too large, because my size was out of stock. I really wanted to make it work, but ultimately decided to send both back, because I was notified my actual size had become available.nI’m in the U.S., so I paid international shipping fees of around $30 for each order. Little did I know or I would have purchased at the same time.nWhen I returned the dresses, having only tried them on briefly for size I was expecting a full refund. Park & Fifth charged me a restocking fee of $100 for the first returned dress! They sent pictures of “imperfections,” one that looks like dust, another is just a seam on the dress itself. I could not believe the audacity, surely I’m not the only customer they’ve taken advantage of and I won’t be the last.nI understand restocking fees, sure. If you plan on charging a restocking fee with every return regardless, just include that in your policy. Don’t falsely charge a restocking fee for the tiniest imperfections.nThe worst part is, I definitely didn’t leave a mark on the dress, I barely tried it on and it was back in the box being shipping back. So where did the “mark” come from? Could it have been something your employee did on accident, probably.nIt’s frustrating as a curvier bride to find bridal dress places that carry your size, so you resort to online shopping, but then companies like this take advantage of you.nI really had my hopes up to order my wedding dress from Park & Fifth when I got the alert that my size was back in stock, I sent the “one size too large” dress back. Still waiting to see what kind of restocking fee I will be charged this time. Had I known, I would have just kept the larger size and had it tailored.nI emailed customer service, who was even more unhelpful, rude, and condescending. How do you have 3 stores + an online presence, but are unable to have a phone number? Sounds like an easy way to avoid dealing with customer complaints.nMy experience with the Park & Fifth is ruined as well as my experience shopping for my wedding dress. I thought shopping for such an important event was supposed to be a joyful experience.nnDo better.
