As an avid fan of Stüssy, I have to say that this is one of the more enjoyable places to shop in Toronto for a clothing brand that has a cult fanbase.nnLine ups to get in are pretty organized and the security is always really chill. The selection is always pretty decent when new drops come out. Despite the store being super busy every time I go, the staff are always pretty quick and efficient at looking for my sizes and getting them to me. Store is pretty clean and the staff are always more than happy to give customers extra Stüssy stickers if you ask for them politely!nnHalf of my wardrobe is from here for a reason, so I highly recommend experiencing the rush of hunting for your next piece here in-person!!!
Amazing experience at this store. The staff was super welcoming and the service was great from start to finish. One of the employees really took the time to help me and also spoke French, which truly elevated my experience and made me feel even more comfortable. I’ll definitely be coming back!!!
15 min wait in line. Bought several items and they were only out of stock 1 item. Customer service from Olivia was fantastic. Friendly, honest and multitasking. Went to the back multiple times to get me sizes or colours. Store was full but seemed like kids were just hanging out chatting. Thanks for the excellent service Olivia!
Staff were all friendly and accommodating. The only lady staff was patient with me as I didn’t know the right size for me. She even suggested me to check a bigger size to compare it to what I thought was the right fit for me. With that, I’m not sure why the negative comments from a lot of customers. When I asked if I could try on the hoodie, the lady politely declined.nThe security guy could at least smile a bit though.nThere was a queue but not too long before customers could enter the store because most customers already knew what they wanted to buy so they don’t stay long inside the store.
One of the smaller Stussy stores ive been to. Still, they have all the important Stussy goods! Store is very nicely designed. I go there every time I am in Toronto and plan to continue doing so!
