15 min wait in line. Bought several items and they were only out of stock 1 item. Customer service from Olivia was fantastic. Friendly, honest and multitasking. Went to the back multiple times to get me sizes or colours. Store was full but seemed like kids were just hanging out chatting. Thanks for the excellent service Olivia!
The staff was completely indifferent to customers — no greeting, no assistance, zero service awareness. As someone who came in ready to spend money, this kind of treatment is unacceptable.nA brand’s reputation is built on more than just its products — customer service matters just as much. I hope management takes the time to properly train their staff. Would not recommend visiting in person.
Nice store. Staff were friendly and helpful. Was able to find what I wanted with ease. A little long wait outside the store but overall nice experience + high quality clothes. Would recommend.
Had to wait in a line to get in on a Sunday afternoon. Was pretty quick though and made sense when we got inside - it was busy and had to wait to see certain racks.nnWas underwhelmed by the interior design and lighting. Expected it to look more high end.nnMusic selection was just ok. Volume was decent.nnThe staff was really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Had a cool conversation at the cash with the salesperson about the history of the brand.nnGot a solid stack of very cool stickers with my purchase which is always nice.nnThe rope in the bag ripped out only 10 mins later as I walked down the street though which was unfortunate.
Super friendly staff. I went there to buy my boyfriend birthday present and went back the next day for an exchange in sizes. The staff recognise me and were very helpful.nnThere was also a cute dog there the 1st day i visited
