5 staff + security guard all on their phones. 7 or 8 customers all serving themselves in the cramped back room. I had 8 items in the change room and no one knew what I had or was helping me. Had to come out and get all my own sizes. I could've walked out with anything and no one would know. Working there is easy money if you can fight the boredom. Expensive stuff for zero customer service
Today I went to this store for the first time, and there was an Asian female staff who kept urging us to try on clothes for her. My friend and I originally wanted to browse peacefully and quietly try on clothes, but she kept using an urgent tone to ask us if we wanted this piece of clothing, if we wanted it, not to let others try it on, and so on. I don’t know why she treated us like this. We just wanted to relax and enjoy shopping, but from her service attitude, I only see her ”targeting” us all the time.
This store has great visuals and clean atmosphere. Product selection is average, but the worst part is the customer experience. Associates chat in groups and ignore you. They did not greet me or offer help. I observed this multiple times thinking each visit something might change. But nothing changed. I wanted to buy a couple of items but felt unwelcomed. I left and decided to shop elsewhere.
the store is clean and the staff are friendly without being pushy! I like to browse sometimes without feeling pressured to buy and the staff are always willing to check for sizes.nnmiss the Sam James Coffee that used to be at the front of the store!
Meanest staff I’ve ever came across. They’ll just silently stare at you the entire time you’re there and then sound really annoyed when you ask a normal question about sizes. I’d like to think I’m amenable to service folks because I know how difficult it can be… but this store made me feel very uncomfortable. Just buy online.
