Staff were so great here. I came to the store too close to closing time and had à large return. But they were so patient and when the machine was giving an error, Maria, the GM, spent so much time trying to figure out how to fix even though after closing. She was so helpful and professional!
A few years ago I bought summer thong flip-flops at the Eaton center, that f... store has since shut down and so did all of the other stores in downtown Toronto GTA . Last year I ordered online hoping it would be the same quality, especially the insoles. I was very disappointed with the insoles I had to return them. I reordered 2 weeks ago online hoping the original insoles would be back. I spoke with a couple of customer service reps and none of them were able to tell me if the original souls were back. So I did not have a choice but to take a chance and order again at which point at this current time I have to return again. I spoke with two or three people at the Scarborough Town center Mall explaining everything about what my concern was all about. None of them were able to help me as well, although they are a pair of the current flip flops in their hands at the time during our conversation. Very disappointed. Frustrating!!!
I was helped by a kind young lady named Aliah, she was very helpful and made my visit easier. I was looking for a size in the slim jeans, but I couldn’t find it. When I asked her for help, she found it with ease!
My husband wanted to try on a jacket that was on a mannequin too high to reach. He had checked the floor stock and his size was not there so he asked an employee to help. The employee said he wouldn’t help unless my husband promised to buy the jacket. The employee said it was store policy. What kind of policy is that for a retail store?
Miguel and aliyah are two of the best employees at this location huge shoutout to them! I had multiple returns with different order numbers, and they handled everything quickly, smoothly, and with great professionalism.
