I called the store and asked if the graphics on the t-shirts were sticky or not. The employee gave me false information, saying they were not sticky at all. However, today I received my order, and the graphics are sticky. The t-shirt itself is good, but I don’t like sticky graphics, and I feel misled by the false information.
I had a teller who did not know how to round. My total was $40.02, and after I handed her $40, she insisted I give her 5 cents. When I explained the concept of rounding, she told me that’s not how it works. I then offered to pay the remaining 2 cents on my card, which she accepted. Please ensure your employees are properly trained on how to round.
Bring back your tall option for men’s shirts online!! There is no good reason to not have it. Canadians are tall people! And they still have it in the US. You were one of the ONLY places where the shirts actually fit me.nnSo disappointed.
Good and open store lots of space to walk through the aisles and well-organized. There's good signage for keeping your distance given covid and all of the staff are wearing masks and are able to give you a hand if needed. Everyone was very nice and lots of space inside the store to move around just to repeat.
Online returns were made easy. I order an extreme amount online because sometimes it not sure what sizes fit me depends on the fit of what I’m ordering. Usually I have to buy 2 to 3 of everything to make sure it fits me right. I always apologies for the trouble, but they always made me feel welcome.
