Prepare for a long line up to get into the store... We waited an hour to get in. The customer service was excellent. The store was tight to maneuver around, so limiting the number of people in makes sense. As we had never been here before, we didn't realize that there were NO sizes on the clothes. So it either fits or it doesn't.
I loved the store interior, very cozy yet packed with beautiful clothing wear. I like that everything is neatly folded so it isn't a rummage and headache to look thru clothing items. The fitting room is quite spacey which I enjoy. I came around 10 am so I didn't have to wait in line. If you want to make sure you don't have to wait in line, come between 9 - 11 am on a week day. Overall I loved the atmosphere, and the employees were helpful and respectful so i'd definitely come here again.
I've been a loyal customer of Brandy Melville since my middle school days. Over the years, I've seen many Ontario locations close down, leaving only the downtown store. This can be inconvenient for those who don't live nearby, but the quality of their clothing keeps me coming back. On weekends, the lines can be extremely long, sometimes requiring a wait of over two hours. To avoid this, I suggest visiting on a random weekday when there's usually no line.nnOne thing to note is their one-size-fits-all policy, which can be a bit tricky. In reality, the clothes generally fit between an extra small and medium, depending on the item. For oversized hoodies and sweatshirts, the sizes can go up to large or extra-large. Despite this, I've found the clothing to be of excellent quality, with many items made in Italy and crafted from cotton. These pieces have held up remarkably well over time.nnThe customer service experience at Brandy Melville can be hit or miss. Some workers are very sweet and helpful, while others can come across as snobby and hard to approach. Personally, I've had nothing but positive interactions with the staff. However, I understand that some customers have been subjected to bag checks, which can be uncomfortable and distressing. I truly feel sorry for anyone who has had to go through that experience.nnBrandy Melville offers a wide range of products, including jewellery, bags, clothes, and hats. While I wouldn't recommend their jewellery as it tends to tarnish and turn your skin green, their clothing is fantastic. The cute prints and matching sets are adorable, and I think the prices are reasonable considering the quality. Overall, I do recommend this store and love shopping here!
I went there around noon and took us 20 minutes in the line. In the store, the room is small and a lot of clothes are left on the ground. Yet the qualities of the clothes are good.
I think as a fast fashion brand, the price of the clothes is reasonable, and the quality is actually good. It has always been about the queuing issue. Why would they rather have people queue up at the door than open a branch?
