I am appalled by the quality, price, and presentation. The clothes are all wrinkled as if they pulled them out of a garbage bag and hung them up. The fabric is extremely low quality as is the stitching. I can get the same quality at a bargain bin. Walmart sells softer fabric and less expensive. Also the logo is barely stamped onto the items, very faded. My daughter is an extra small and these clothes are way too big. What is the hype with this company? It is NOT worth it. Go to Aritzia if you want to spend this much money. At least their clothing matches the price.
Terrible member of the community, leaving boxes stacked densely on the public sidewalk. The sidewalk is for the people, not for your private business’s trash. figure out a better way, you have a lineup every day surely you can afford a compactor or competent staff.
Well seems like Brandy it’s a very popular place to shop here in Toronto.nnWent on a Sunday at around 12pm.nThere was no line outside but inside, for the fitting room, there was a huge line that took over a third of the store, so unfortunately it was hard to check everything.nKinda sad over the huge chaos that there was inside.nnBut Overall I had an okay experience, I personally don’t mind Brandy items, their underwear are actually pretty good!nAlthough I understand the negative comments towards their employees.nThe staff was very efficient & kind enough to answer to a few questions that I had this time.nnI wouldn’t recommend going on weekends.nNot worth it if you want to spend a relaxing time shopping.nTo each their own on where to spend their money and time tho.
I love brandy melville and the clothes are always great quality so this is only negative towards this location. When it’s -20 degrees outside you don’t make innocent people wait outside. Recently we had an encounter in the 1 hour line where we went around 45 minutes before closing to avoid a long line. We waited more than 20 minutes in line before the security guard at the door told us to get out of line because they wouldn’t let us in the store more than 20 minutes before they were going to close. Maybe 45 minutes before, don’t do a line and just let people shop? This is how your employees get paid.
Clothing is cute and suprisingly worth the price a lot of pieces are 100% cotton and it’s the only reason I shop here. Came on a Sunday afternoon and only waited around 10 mins in line. Highly reccomend visiting on weekday mornings. Godspeed if you try to navigate Brandy during peak times—it’s almost impossible to browse. See a cute bra? Good luck trying to find the matching panty.nnCustomer service is hit or miss—the girls usually working at the register are always super sweet and actually possess customer service skills. Some of the associates on the floor are something else though. I asked one of the girls folding at a table which is the only task they seem to do where a top on a mannequin was located. She replies “I don’t know, can you ask someone else?” and continues to fold. Bruh. I did exactly that and the associate that did assist me was knowledgeable and kind enough to remove it off the display for me.nnGod if you can hear me please bring online shopping to Canada
