Terrible member of the community, leaving boxes stacked densely on the public sidewalk. The sidewalk is for the people, not for your private business’s trash. figure out a better way, you have a lineup every day surely you can afford a compactor or competent staff.
I love coming here and am a regular customer. The selection is always changing and the staff are friendly and helpful. However, the change rooms are covered in gum all over the curtains and walls. The wait times are also something to keep in mind, as there is always a long line to enter the store as well as for the change rooms.
I am appalled by the quality, price, and presentation. The clothes are all wrinkled as if they pulled them out of a garbage bag and hung them up. The fabric is extremely low quality as is the stitching. I can get the same quality at a bargain bin. Walmart sells softer fabric and less expensive. Also the logo is barely stamped onto the items, very faded. My daughter is an extra small and these clothes are way too big. What is the hype with this company? It is NOT worth it. Go to Aritzia if you want to spend this much money. At least their clothing matches the price.
Pretty terrible shopping experience. I arrived close to open, so there was luckily no line outside. But I still had to wait over an hour for a changing room.nnNavigating the store is very difficult. Clothes and tables are packed closely together and half the store is inaccessible due to the long line for the changing rooms. Most of the clothing is pretty low quality, though some of the pieces are cute. The sizing has definitely gotten larger over the years, and most items fit quite awkwardly given that there is only one size.nnAs I left, there was a massive line outside waiting to get in. I couldn’t imagine waiting an hour to get in, being unable to access most of the clothing due to crowds, and then also having to wait an hour to try things on. Definitely not worth a second trip.
After waiting in line outside in the rain for more than 20 minutes on queen street we finally got in. They let way too many people in there it’s all crowded and overwhelming. Too many staff folding clothes in the way. Over priced, plain, cotton t shirts. Had to go back to the car with no purchase it was so bad. There were 3 workers at each table literally just standing there in the way. Don’t bother going there unless you’re a size 2 small teenage girl. Never going again. I’d give 0 stars if possible.
