I stopped in to Susanne's today.  It was rainy and I wanted soup.  The soup of the day was roasted red pepper tomato bisque.  It was delicious!  It was creamy with just the right blend of spices.  It was served with wonderful warm bread. Perfect for lunch on a day like today.
I had fallen in love with the muffins already and now the soup too!

Fantastic cookies. 4 stars because at 2p on Sunday they were out of most everything and what was left I bought (sorry people behind me). Molasses and chocolate chip sea salt were amazing. Virtually no parking.

Just ordered a lemon birthday cake because this bakery came highly recommended. It arrived with the writing in ugly brown frosting and decorated with yellow polka dots. They also spelled the birthday boy's name wrong. My guests were surprised at how ugly the cake was. It was delicious, however. But I wouldn't order from here again. For a $40 cake expected something more professional, you can get better for half the price at Safeway.

Turkey sandwich was very good. Loved the pesto noodles. Cinnamon roll was super hard though. In their defense it was later in the day, probably softer in the morning. Staff was very friendly. Would go again.

Great lunch spot. Their homemade cream of mushroom soup is to die for. Best latte in town. My favorite place to order a cake for a special occasion.
