Bakery Nouveau

Wowsa, these are some of the best baked goods I have ever eaten! I especially loved the twice baked almond and chocolate pastries! They were to die for! This place was highly recommended to me by a friend from another state who insisted I just HAD to go there. She was absolutely right! Now I can't wait to go back!

A great bakery located in west Seattle with a plethora of savory and sweet options. Seating is somewhat limited in the bakery itself but most people do to go options. They also do whole cakes for different occasions with the ability to do custom cakes. Multiple visits are needed to go through their entire menu but you can virtually do no wrong in whichever baked good you choose.

Amazing pastries, excellent bread, delightful treats, and good coffee. The croissants are my personal favourite. It can get pretty crowded though and the lines can be long... long lines are worth it but really don't try to come to sit in the cafe.

Such beautiful offerings. The food looks like works of art, and every choice is just delicious. It's a French bakery, but the pizza is phenomenal!! The coffee is wonderful. There is a brisk business going on there with plenty of happy, helpful staff to keep things moving. It is located West Seattle, a perfect neighborhood for exploration.

When I say that this is excellent, I mean this is one of the finest bakeries I have ever been to, everything is top tier. The baguettes are textured perfectly, and have great flavor - pair with quality olive oil for a treat. And don't walk past the Macrons, do yourself a favor and grab a few. They are unbelievably flavorful and simply melt in your mouth. One last pro tip: they are now selling house brand chocolate bars. Bakery Nouveau, is there nothing you can't do?
