A good place for a quiet dog walk, as it wasn’t too busy. The walking trails are in good shape, but there’s not a lot to see. One trail meanders through bush and cottonwood trees, with occasional views of the Fraser River. The other main trail is a straight walk with marshland on either side. A walk in Tynehead Park is much more interesting in my opinion. The roadway and intersection of 176 St and 104 Ave, near the park entrance, is convoluted and very confusing, made more so by many transport trucks coming and going in this industrial area. It was bad enough to make us avoid it in the future.

Nice new park. Along Fraser River. Careful with parking though as there can be druggies from the Guildford that might wander the parking lot.

Very nice to walk. Riding bikes is fine as long as your kids are decent on gravel and crushed rock paths.

Great quiet park to go dog walking or a stroll with the family through nature or to have a family picnic under very large covered picnic areas and big open spaces to play soccer, football, bochi ball, lawn bowling with friends or family as well. Theirs a great mountain biking trail as well. Just no playground for the kids. But theirs lots of scenic trails that are stroller friendly.

Small, and not the most spectacular park in the area, but very accessible and refreshingly open to the sky.
