Strongly recommend. I went to crystal mall to unlock my samsung S8, other stores spend 2 days and they couldn't unlock it. Supercell repair spend only one day, and they unlocked my phone. The staff was really nice and kind, and the tech kindly explained how the unlock works. Perfect service! My phone now works really good!

I attended first thing on Saturday morning and had to wait till11am for them to open. once they did open they provided excellent service and a prompt fix for my broken Samsung S4 screen at a very reasonable price. Considering there is approximately 7 phone repair places in this mall. and I asked all the price to repair. I got verbal quotes from a $220 high to a $150.00 low . but it was their customer service that won my business. the price was $160.00 . the only downfall is their warranty which is limited to 30 days. most others offer 6 months . I will bring them more business of my own as well as anyone who asks.

I took my Sony Z3 to have the screen replaced and I didn't get more than a half hour away from the store when the screen cracked just from pushing on the home button. I called to inquire but they said they would not cover it because it was physical damage. I told them it must have been installed incorrectly but they wouldn't help. I decided to see what I could find, took the screen off myself and found that it had indeed been installed incorrectly over the bottom speaker causing stress on the screen. Waste of $180. Will not recommend.

These guys are great and cheap. I got my Apple 4S unlocked here, and even though there were some problems and we had to go with a more expensive "factory unlock", the owner charged me less because of the inconvenience. The only thing I would point out is they talk to customers who walk in while they are dealing with your problem. This may be a Chinese thing, but it can be annoying to westerners who are used to being helped exclusively one-at-a-time. No frills, cheap repair outfit who stand behind their work.

Went to buy a lg g3 battery only to find out later the battery was faulty, went back and they would only exchange for a new one, i tried 2 other batteries while in store and they were all faulty plus they will not refund for 30 dollars and now im stuck with a broken battery. Will not shop there ever again, no offer was given for store credit either. Do not recommend going here

Found it to be a friendly, helpful place. I went in to get my iPhone 5s unlocked. I also bought a microsim adaptor which she gave me some double-sided tape free of charge and helped me put my nano sim in. Also gave a guarantee that if the unlock didn't work for some reason, they would refund the money.

I went there to replase screen glass fof iPhone 4s and they told me to wait for 1 hour to fix it. After an hour when i went to pock up the phone they told me that they forgot and i have to wait untill next day!!!!! Or go to another place. Their service is owful.

The best place for repair a cellphone, people are friendly, and very helpful. They saved my water damage phone and fix it. Highly recommended!!

They changed screen for me in iphone 4s. Now, top left corner of the screen is yellowish, right has 2 white dots and on a middle of the screen whitish cloud. $52

Worst store ever, really bad service, strongly not recommend!!! There are so many repair store in crystal mall, DON'T choose this one!!!
