Got my girlfriends samsung galaxy s10 charging port replaced a month or 2 ago, this model needs to be soldered unfortunately. $80 and has worked fine since. Slight opening 1mm on an edge on back glass after i picked it up but sealed it myself with a hair dryer. Just needed to let the adhesive set properly.
I had an issue with my son’s iPad’s charging port and I received excellent service here. The quoted price was very fair. A problem arose following the repair and the owner made it right without hesitation at no extra cost. I appreciated the excellent communication and service from staff. I would definitely trust this place with any repair job in the future.
Worst experience ever! I would give zero stars if I could. Not only did they not answer the phone for a long time, but when they did the owner was rude. Went to get my screen replaced and they are way over priced, tried charging me a few hundred. Then when I asked them not to fix it due to the price, it was already fixed. So I went in willing to pay for my phone. Only to go in and it wasn't fixed, got into a huge argument about getting my phone because because they would not give it back. Due to not having a slip, I was not informed I needed it to get my phone back. I do not recommend.
Paid 500 to get 2 phones fixed.. Didn't fix it properly. Went back 2 times and charged me 70 again... Now the adhesive glue isn't there and my phone screen's popping out. They said they'll charge me another 20 if I want them to fix what they didn't fix properly... #Scam BTW: This THE CHEAPEST phone repair place in British Columbia... But they won't fix your device properly so they can get more cash off you in the future. And they take too long. 2ND REVIEW 4/1/19: Now my 2nd phone does not work. Screen went black. It charges and everything else. Like I said.. They didn't fix it properly and they will charge me extra to fix it. #SCAM
Used to always come straight here for any of my cell phone issues, because they have reasonable prices and a knowledgeable owner. But after my last experience with the employees here, I will NOT be returning again. Extremely negative, rude and tiresome customer experience! I recently came here to fix my phone camera and found out the next day that there were suddenly new issues with my phone. When I called them to find out what might have happened, an employee cut off my inquiry and told me that it was none of her problem. She rudely told me that she didn’t understand my mandarin, and switched to English. When I responded in English, she couldn’t communicate in English. So she told me to come into the store if I had issues. When I went in the next day, she gave me the same rude I-don’t-care attitude and would not help me until I asked for the owner.
Absolute WORST place to go! Never come here!! I got my phone fixed here and within a week it was completely broken. I brought it in and they tried telling me I never came here and it wasn’t their screen? Like what?!! I had receipt proof and everything. This place is a scam!
Went in to get my phone fixed, rude customer service woman was rude to me, ignored me to talk to other customers while I was trying to get the paperwork done. I was recommended to come here for low prices but it was very expensive to get my screen fixed. I was told it would take a week, and now it's been 4 weeks and I haven't heard a thing. It's very frustrating and I will not be coming back - I would rather pay more and have good service at a larger place than go to a place like this again.
