I received excellent service at this store. Amen and Gabby are very helpful, pleasant, and knowledgeable. Amen helped me set up my new phone. The following week, I went back as my whatsapp was not loading properly. Although the store staff is not trained on whatsapp, Gabby patiently assisted me and her suggestions helped me successfully complete the job. I am very satisfied with the service at this store.

We went during the Black Friday promo and worked with Santos. We did have an issue with porting our number over from a different carrier to Koodo's plan, and it got lost. Santos went above and beyond, and was an absolutely amazing staff to deal with. He kept me updated throughout the whole ordeal, and ultimately helped me get my number back. Thank you Santos and the Koodo staff!

Excellent customer service. Preet, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure that my number ported across successfully, even though it took a few days. Would definitely recommend!

When I request e sim and voucher for new smartphone from official samsung store, they just talk each other, and ignore me at first. so, I request one more time and finally lied to me that "nothing need just install app and finish" aftet that when I search at home, Koodo website said, I should buy voucher to change to E sim. So, I opened e sim finally in other branch. Staffs behaviors are really disgusting and unkind

If the staff determine there's no benefit to helping you, they broom you out the door by telling you to use self-service options and promote plans that cost you more money. Save yourself the time and call customer service instead.

I had the pleasure of purchasing a new iPhone at this location and was greeted by Varinder. He went out of his way and took a great deal of time to make sure I had the right plan for me! He also made sure to get me the best available deal possible and I’m a very happy customer. I would recommend Telus/Koodo and this store in particular, thanks Varinder!!

Metrotown location Staff: Asif Came in to pick up my phone arranged by Koodo loyalty program since I couldn't wait 2 weeks for a new phone - as mine had broke. He tried to persuade me to cancel and switch to Telus, but I told him I'm on an employee plan due to my previous employment and koodo allowing me to stay on it. As soon as he learned this, he decided to not help me at all even though I told him what he needed to do - contact tech support. He refused to help me completely, instead berating me and telling me to do it myself then since I use to work thereI didn't work in sales. As I was about to leave, I politely asked him one more time to please call tech support to get it sorted and that if I had to come back because of his error or issues I would be upset. His response was, "I don't care if you're mad, doesn't affect me"

I had a lovely and lively time getting phone support and updating my tech, plus advice on best carry cases, plus expert set-up help. Big thanks to Varinder and this knowledgeable team at Koodo Metro.

I met a representative whose name is raymond. He was there in metro polis mall at koodo store. He was very informative and intelligent in his knowledge.He was very polite and very helpful thoughout the process of buying internet and mobile line.
