Sakshi was wonderful helping me choose the right tech for my new gaming set up. We walked in just before closing and she was very excited to help us. She made sure to show me all the options they had for the latest gaming headphones! She’s 100% the reason I’ll be back. Very good customer service and nice variety of gaming tech.

Very sleek and clean looking source. Overall, friendly and helpful staff. The person who helped me find the Nintendo switch game, took some time to find it as it seems the floor display said it was sold out. However she went to check in the back and it was there as I had indicated on the online site that it was available. At the end of the day the game was found and it was fine. Everyone is being as cautious as they can with sanitizer and mask combos and additional cleaning. Standard shield between the customer and the checkout. The vitriol from other raters, not sure it's really that necessary. To be honest, pretty much everyone has access to research and to figure things out. Can't blame the staff fully. I'm sure in some instances maybe...but not everyone will know everything and going there really is about confirming what you know visually.

Never opt Source. I bought a Samsung S22 on lease and during the purchase the staff was so friendly and polite. They promised that I can return the phone anytime. The plan came along with a bell plan of $89 with 25gb. At the I had no wifi at home and it was useful now when got wifi..I planned to change my plan but they said I can only go for an higher plan and if I want return the phone I need to pay them $800 as device fees for 4 months used 1000$ phone. When I mentioned that they didn't told me about that during purchase, the manager told me that it was in the contract. I don't know why a credible company like source is trying to cheat customers like this to meet daily sales. Don't they know anything about customer retention. PS: I bought S22, Ipad air, USB hub and one headphones from source within 5 months.

Few days ago I went to this store. People here are really really nice and polite. They explain everything very clearly. I really loved going there, got my Iphone from here. Staff members like mukesh, aman, they really helped me alot in choosing my device. I would highly recommend you all this.

I walked in the store to buy a JBL 5 speaker. One store staff talked to me and ask if I can speak Mandarin. Sure, I can, yet I am not used to speak Mandarin when shopping in a store. He asked me what is my current mobile phone plan, he thought he might be able to offer me a more value package. I am not going to change my current provider, so I didn't tell him currently monthly charges. He politely asked to add my whatsapp. I did so as a polite reply. Later that evening he sent me the package, which really attraced. On the second day, as I visited and changed my family mobile phone provider in this store. He really helped me to save over $150 per month. I will recommend his service to my other friends.

I recently bought a Samsung S23 from The Source in Metrotown, but wasn't satisfied with it. However, the service I received from Shivam, one of the employees there, was exceptional. He was very helpful and attentive to my needs, and when I told him I wanted to change my phone, he quickly arranged for a replacement within a day. I was pleasantly surprised by the speed and efficiency of his service, and it made my experience with The Source much better. I highly recommend this store, especially if you can get assistance from Shivam.

I visited the store today to buy an airpod but the store had some amazing deals they gave me a new phone with a good deal and free airpods. I really liked their services. Thankyou to Fahad who helped in getting this amazing deal.
