I originally came here to resolve my technical issues. Brian managed to sell me a brand new Motorola. Fantastic salesperson. He's extremely charismatic and deserves a raise! Excellent customer service. Would recommend to ask for Brian anytime you visit here. You will not be disappointed!
I came last week to pay my bill to see another representative, but he wasn't very helpful. However, when I came today, I originally came here to resolve a $300 bill from Virgin. Brian had been the absolute best customer sales representative I have ever met. He spent two hours with me to not only fix my bill but to clean my phone and teaching me all of these techniques to make my phone much faster. Gold/platinum medal performance. I bought hin Tim Hortons and Chinese food. Make sure to look out for him!
Shawn was pleasantly friendly and incredibly helpful! I decided to treat myself to a new phone for Christmas and to take advantage of the Black Friday deals. I am not tech savvy at all so I always rely on the help of these knowledgeable professionals. Shawn walked me through each phone and plan to find the one best suited for me and my budget. He was very detailed, thorough and helped me step by step to order my new phone. Even though it was busy with the sales he was extremely patient with me! This was a genuinely great customer experience for me and I walked away happy and satisfied with the service I received today! Thank you again Shawn!
I was on Prepaid plan and needed to switch to Postpaid and it wasn’t easy since all the steps and procedures with the verification and etc Thanks God I met Shawn and he’s saved me! I’ve been waiting for this for over a year and with Shawn’s help finally I got a Postpaid with a GREAT deal for Black Friday! Came here to get a cell phone plan. Bianca was the manager, she was very friendly and very helpful. Had a wonderful experience, she helped me get my phone set up download all the apps and she told me all the details about the cell phone plan. To date no surprises on my bill, very happy with the customer service here.
This place is AMAZING. I transferred my prepaid number to virgin within 10 mins with the tremendous help from Parthiv! I spent 2 hours at my original carrier only got told to wait for 3 days and try changing my plan again. This is really good value and efficient service!
I had Aksshit as my sales representative on the weekend. I visited 6 different mobility stores in Metrotown that day and settled with Virgin Plus because of pricing and overall good history with this carrier. Akkshit sold me the Google Pixel 6 Pro and I was very satisified with his help. The whole process was fairly smooth. Wouldn't have asked for better service.
Attentive and helpful staff. Shawn was quick to assist and knowledgeable, answering the various questions I had. And Gerard provided excellent service, he demonstrated patience and struck up thoughtful conversation as we waited for things to process. The approachability of the staff made me feel more like a friend than just a customer. Also the timing worked well to get a reasonable deal on a new phone. Thanks!
Brian was great. Helped me get my son's number ported from Freedom Mobile. He explained everything regarding the new plan in detail and gave me a hard copy. Very happy with the excellent service!
