Very fast water slide. I only did it once but kids had fun. Dumps into swimming pool so pool can’t really be used if kids sliding. Hot tub not super hot but good temp. Terrible experience!   Woke up with no hot water…..when I told the front desk we had no hot water, she said there was nothing she could do about it .  Gave me a business card with the managers name on it and said I could call him.nShe didn’t even apologize.nI have travelled a lot and have never had such a non-response from an establishment …so no showers for us.nNever again.

We have stayed here 4 or 5 times now while visiting family in Nicolet. It's usually the best rate in trois rivieres.nnHas a Continental breakfast which is always good bagels, breads, yogurts, fruit salad, hard boiled eggs, fruit, cereals, oatmeal etc and it's always a clean area.nnThe pool has a cool water slide so the kids love it. And it's always so warm in the pool area which is a plus for me, 83°  and the water is warm, I don't have to wince with every step in.nnFront desk is always pleasant and speaks English well, which helps us since we don't speak French well. They are quick and professional.nnThe rooms are decent. Some wear and tear here and there but that's expected. We always have issues with the shower, the pressure isn't good and the drain is always plugged or the plug is broken. The beds are comfortable for the most part. Has mini fridge, can fit some water bottles.nnThe AC worked well. Kept the room cool. Could use some black out curtains though, the sun comes right through.nnThe TV channels are plenty! And lots of english channels too!nnTim Hortons right across the road.nnParking is never an issue.nnWould recommend for anyone driving through especially with kiddos!

This hotel is close to everything. The rooms are spacious and extremely clean. The service is awesome there is always someone at the front desk. Big hit for the awesome pool plus the giant water slide!
