This hotel was amazing. The hotel was beautiful and located in the heart of downtown trois rivières. Within 100 m there are restaurants, coffee shops, microbreweries and lock shops. The hotel was beautiful hosts a pool, whirlpool, conference rooms, bar, restaurant, and exercise room. The indoor parking includes well over 10 electric chargers Tesla and other vendor which are free for everyone to use. The parking also accommodates 110v electric outlets for charging electric cars. The indoor parking is heated. I also saw in the parking a location to wash your vehicle. The water is provided to wash off the salt and or dirt from the vehicle bring your spray adapter. I would definitely recommend the hotel.
I have mixed feelings about this hotel, while the building and rooms are modernized and well designed, there were a couple of things that didn't meet the high expectations of a supposedly 4 star hotel in that price range:nnThe front desk employees are a bit weird, rude and unprofessional, first they misread my reservation for 2 rooms that were already prepaid and only reserved 1 room, and instead of apologizing she was trying to find excuses and blame it on the system. Then they wasted another 15min redoing the reservation, again without apologizing, while trying to be funny and cracking out of taste jokes.nnThe room was generally good except it was not properly cleaned, there was long hair all over the floor in the bathroom, which is pretty disgusting to be honest.nnTl;dr modern structure and rooms, bad service and unprofessional employees
The management team and Carla at front desk has always welcomed me with a smile. This is one of the few hotels I have stayed at that has maintained its cleanliness and the fragrance smells amazing when you enter the lobby. The hospitality is great and everyone treats you with care. Keep up the great work everyone !!
Overall it was a positive stay. I enjoyed the pantry room on the 2nd floor as a Titanium member I found it helpful during my short stay. Parking was easy and the reception staff was very inviting. The indoor pool is also very comfortable since it's heated. I had difficulty getting service through the application but could quickly get the items requested at the front desk. The reception needs to remember to offer the welcome gift choice benefit to Platinum & Titanium members.
I stay here Atleast 2 times a year for the past 4 years and every time I really enjoy my stay. Rooms are clean and modern. Beds are comfortable. The shower is incredibly hot. Lots of outdoor parking. There is a restaurant in the hotel that is really delicious. The hotel is located right by the water and is incredibly close to lots of restaurants.
