The beds were cosy and I slept really well. The bathtub drain was slow and it needed to be cleaned.
Room with old carpet and dogs are allowed so nThe location was perfect to walk to Videotron center. The hotel parking was closed because of restoration. It would of been nice to be informed ahead, if you ask me, removing the carpet and giving the rooms a refresh would of been my priority. So no parking and the clerk said to roam the street around for free parking. I thought he was joking and my face said , are you kidding! He then suggested parking at the city parking across the street but I had to pay. This is what we did and when I asked to get credit for the parking fee,, was told that it's impossible because we had the free option. The only great thing was the bedsl and pillow, very comfortable.

I can't tell much about the service. The lady at check-in and out was very friendly.nBut the rooms disappointed me. They smelled not good, and it felt like most of the furniture was from the last century. The rooms were clean, but my shower was not working so well. First of it didn't react halfway around, then it was cold which was nothing to worry about, but then it was boiling hot. I had to go out of the shower because my feet were about to get burned. I had to shower cold because it didn't work like it should. The gym was okay. But the pool is molding and not really looking good.
Hotel was fine but nothing special. Rooms were clean and beds were nice but bathrooms were small and room fridge was noisy. Location is where this gotel shines.
