We booked on short notice and received a room with a king-size bed, but that was the only aspect matching the description. The room was significantly smaller, with no view at all, and not at all what one would expect for the price at this category. Staff was friendly, but overall it was a real disappointment. We were compensated with the parking fee and 10% off a future stay – but as we are traveling from Europe, this felt more like a symbolic gesture than a meaningful solution.
Nice overnight stay at Hotel Oui Go. Location was excellent. They have temp parking right out front to unload. Secure parking lot about a 5 min walk away $10.nnNicely decorated. Clean and most everything worked well in the room.nnOnly complaint was that the mattress was very firm.
Great hotel- quiet, clean with a comfy bed- room is not huge but was perfect four our needs- shower lacks good water pressure-nGood location in a small river side town- easy walk to plenty of restaurants
Very beautiful hotel! Clean and close to everything! Our French was weak and one of the young ladies working at front desk did not feel comfortable talking care of us so we had to wait for other host. It was a bit uncomfortable feeling, but I guess I should brush up on my French ; Other than that, we enjoyed our stay! Trois-Rivieres is a quaint city and worth the visit!!
If you like paying to park 1 kilometre away and a rude receptionist, this place is for you!! My last day I got a call from the receptionist telling me I had to put my parking card in a box as I was leaving, no problem, but she didn’t tell me I had to do it before a certain time which was impossible because I was on a work trip and couldn’t do it in time. So when I got to the hotel to retrieve my earbuds she was talking very rudely saying I missed the deadline and in order to get my earphones back I would have to comeback from the parking lot and bring it back to her. Definitely not staying here next year.
