Super 8 Jamestown

.there was no breakfast , but the coffee was good.like a lot of motels these days the price per quality is not good, motels over charge people these days. my room was clean but again the hotel is very old, no phone in the room, the shower water was luke warm at best, they turn down the temperature on the water heaters to save money i guess but it cost them customers in the long run. i like a nice hot shower not a cold one, i was told i could keep my room for two more days and that the front dest agent would be there to make sure i could do that but the next day he had the day off and no one else could help me so i had to try to find another motel with college graduation and construction in town, do not stay at this hotel!!!!

Room was big. Refrigerator froze everything I had in it. Bed was hard. Asked for a clean set of towels from the housekeeper and got 1 big towel. I am a travel nurse and work the night shift. Housekeeping SHOULD never knock on a door at 8 am of a guest whom is staying multiple nights. Will not be back! Oh and my room rate was different EVERY night I was here...not worth $100!!

A horrible hotel with no redeeming qualities. It’s clearly not being managed well. The hotel is a wreck and severely outdated. The housekeepers look like they were losing their minds, trying to keep up and there were double bookings. This hotel is the most disorganized hotel I have ever been to. The water takes like 10 minutes to get hot and even then it’s barely that. The front desk staff are all severely unfriendly. They seem like they would rather be literally anywhere else and like their guests are an inconvenience. It seems like there are cops just drawn to this place as well. Do not come here. ALSO the prices are FAR from accurate, is said about $70 online and but rooms are actually $120-$150. That is way too expensive for the horrible hotel that is this Super 8.

We should’ve just slept in the car. Super 8’s are normally clean & good overall, so we figured we’d stay here since it was going to be less than 12 hours in the hotel room. Boy, were we wrong. The first room they tried to stick us in smelled like a funky mixture of human pee, cat pee & litter box. Upon going to the front desk, the staff was so shocked that the room was that bad. But they did mention that someone had stayed there the night before with a cat. There you go, pretty sure we found that room! They then “upgraded” us to a “suite”….no apology for the inconvenience either. Once we got to the “suite,” we didn’t take our shoes off the rest of the night. The floor had so many stains, the bathroom fan was hanging down by the electrical wires, the doorway going into the bathroom could’ve given a person tetanus. It was gross. Don’t bother staying here. Oh & did I mentioned it was $150 for the one night?!

My stay at this hotel was top tier! The building was kept up well, with great staff! The breakfast was very well balanced with many options! Best part was it was all forna very affordable price! Thank you! Will stay again!
