Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Jamestown

There are no words to express how outstanding the staff of this hotel is. From the manager to the front desk to the breakfast lady to maintenance etc. Unfortunately our stay was for a very unexpected funeral but each of them went above and beyond with kindness and effort to make our stay as comfortable as possible.nnI wish there was something I could do to show appreciation to each of them. Thank you all from our entire family.

Absolute gem of a hotel. Friendly staff and clean rooms. The Waterpark was amazing and such a nice break from the chilly winter weather. The kids side is heated, so it's nice for littles. Jolene was the continental breakfast server, and she was the sweetest lady. The breakfast had good, hot food that was fully stocked at all times. Will definitely be staying here again to break up long trips to visit family.

Stopped here for the night while driving through. The front desk service was friendly and quick, our room was very clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. I would stay again.

We had a great stay. I realized I left something at the hotel and Kami was super helpful in helping me track down my item and facilitated getting it back to me. Great customer service!

This was one of the best hotels that we have ever stayed in. The food and service from the staff were phenomenal. The location was amazing as it located by a mall and Walmart. The rooms were great except the bed was a little too high for my mom who has a hard time lifting her leg super high but we figured a way to help her get in and out of the bed. Otherwise everything was amazing. Definitely will be coming back
