Sunrise Pacific Holiday

I don't know what all the negative reviews are about. We stayed in the cabins, and had a great time. The manager, Ed, was super helpful, helped us find some lost keys, and was very nice. The RV spaced are close together, but that's what you get, I guess. Goats-head weeds were around, but again, it's the beach, man, you get what nature gives you. The beach is a short walk down the road, the sunsets were nice, and the Saturday breakfast was delicious.

Quiet 30A park with a short walk to the beach. Mgrs friendly and treat you like family. The Summer months Saturday morning all you can eat pancakes breakfast is the best bargain on the peninsula.

Our second summer stay here. We were looking for a private beach access without the usual RV park dousing of round up. After losing our eight year old healthy Chihuahua, Ronnie, to a corporate beach resort, we inquired about Sunrise. The management, Annie and Ed, take the power wash and pull approach to dandelions. Very nice park managers with a soul. How refreshing. Sparkling clean restrooms(Thanks to Melissa)🏖️) and pool and the best private beach access in the area. Very busy during the high season so the management has to keep an eye on things. Parking is a bit tight if you don't get one of the larger sites, but they have an equal amount of pull through sites as back in. Sites are all long enough for 60 foot set ups. We haven't stayed at the beach houses, but they are nice. Don't know what to say about the negative reviews of management. We haven't seen any rudeness. We like the cut of their jib. We recommend this park highly.

I don't usually write a review unless something is really bad . This place fits that description. Paid for three days up front and "upgraded" to the ones with trees on the side. ( read the differences online at their site. ) Guess what . No trees and put in the center with not only no trees, but NO room either. Seven feet to the unit beside me. Don't even think about putting out you awning unless you want it torn off. No fire pits , and cars and trucks coming and turning around in our door. No view of the ocean unless you walked about 200 yards . Camping ? Hardly . This place was 52.00 per night. It was so bad that we left two days early and forego the one hundred four bucks but it was worth it . No I will never be back , and they won't care but what is sad, is that we won t be visiting Long Beach . And that is too bad for the gas stations and restaraunts as well. This is the last time ever visit Sunrise Resorts . If you want to get to know your neighbor REALLY well, this is the place. Otherwise, keep on driving down the road Ben Roy Canby Or.

The location with a short walk access to the beach is the only reason to stay here. Half the sewer sites do not work. Water pressure is bad. The laundry room is decent though. What really made me upset was the lack of cleaning in the bathroom. One of the women's toilets had feces smeared on it for several days. This is not only disgusting it is a health hazard!
