Lovely little park with lots of camping options. Open to the public for free for day trips. Clean bathrooms.

What a great little campground! Clean, quiet, lots of room between sites, great views of the bay, hot showers & clean bathrooms. The hosts, Jim & Janelle, are very friendly and helpful. I camped overnight on the tail-end of a week-long motorcycle trip and it was really a great stay--I will definitely go back this year.

We only stayed for one night, but Jim and Janelle were more than accommodating. Pretty grounds and quiet. Located right off 101. It was perfect and we can't wait to go back! We packed a queen size air mattress had no way to blow it up. So Jim and Janelle helped us blow it up at their welcome motorhome. It was HUGE! Everyone got a good laugh.

If you're looking for a place to walk on the beach this is not the place if you manage the hike down to the water it is all a swamp not a walking place at all. The hostess are not the nicest the guy seems really grumpy and doesn't talk to you the woman does her best but is pretty much running the operation by herself. Most of the camp spaces are small. The raccoons are ridiculous. One of the guys who were camping about five spots away from us had his entire site stolen from him when he was gone his tent air mattress sleeping bags his clothing and stuff was thrown all over camp in the middle of broad daylight. The camp hosts did nothing to attempt to help him they didn't even give him credit for a night of campsite because all of his stuff got stolen. They had a no burn advisory up and when we googled it it said that you could have a fire in a contained area so we went to the fire department in the town next to it to check and they said that was correct so we came back and let them know that the no burn advisory was down and that we were allowed to burn in the campsite they said okay and then immediately went and told everybody from our word. Our word was correct we did the right thing of checking with authorities however we could have been wrong. If this is your last resort head on over if not keep on driving.
