Don was very nice and very helpful. He had lots of local information to share. The bathroom was deserving of some care, but for a one man crew the place looks great! We will recommend the place and would love to visit again.

The owner don was the nicest guy ever. Helped me fix my stairs that I bent. This guy is so friendly and accommodating.  Wifi worked.  Close walk to good food and live music.  I'll be back. Price is very reasonable

Don is a great guy very friendly and accommodating. Hasn't raised prices yet either like everyone else. Park is maintained well and quiet too. Close to shops restaurants and the beach.

We stayed here for a week. The location is walking distance to downtown Long Beach. The owner Don is a cool guy. He gave us a ride into town to Doogers Seafood and Grill for my birthday.He is very accommodating and kept his park nice and clean. We would love to comeback here again next summer.

Very friendly, very helpful. Nice place. Bathrooms could use some work but for the price it was a great experience.
