Suki's Morgan Crossing

Jenny is amazing, worth every penny and would be devastated if I had to find a different stylist. I’ve been going to her to get my hair cut for around 2 years now and the more I go to her the more I realize how great she is. Prior to going to Jenny I would get my hair cut at other places but my hair would never grow out nicely. (I have thick Asian hair) Jenny knows what she’s doing, she's awesome at what she does, she puts you at ease and knows what the trend is as she is continuesly learning. I always get compliments from others after I get my hair done from her. Would recommend her 100% she’s great

I started going to Mai about a year and a half ago and have never left disappointed. I came in with severely damaged hair and Mai has brought it back to looking gorgeous. What I love about Mai is how thorough she is about explaining my cut and showing me what she is going to do before she even starts. She is always polite and professional....and I look forward to my appointment as I know I will have great conversation and leave feeling fabulous. She is AMAZING 😊

This salon even has hair mask or conditioner to purchase with 20% off of you get a haircut there. I got my hair cut a couple of days ago and enjoyed it so much. The styler gave me a really cute and fashionable Korean style haircut, which I liked so much. She also detailed my hair style according to my face shape, making my haircut more suitable for me. Her name is Jenny and she even taught me how to effectively curl this stylish look at home. I’m really appreciate that. She talked to me through the whole appointment, which makes the process more interesting. She also explained the current fashion trend in Korea, which amazed me too as I later talked to my Korean friends and proved that she’s 100% on the track. Kept a zero distance gap to the Korean fashion trend even though she’s in Canada all this time. Really recommend this salon if you want a relaxing and fun haircut session with a wonderful result.

Lovely morning at the salon today getting a cut and smoothing treatment. Mai is an exceptional stylist, my hair has never looked this good and been so easy to manage! Always friendly, engaging and focused on me as a client. So glad that she has come to Morgan Crossing!

Worst experience ever. I was told over the phone that the haircut would be $80, but when I got there my hairstylist Mai was extremely rude and asked if I told the front staff that my hair was really thick (obviously I did not nor did the front staff ask), she said in an extremely rude tone that next time she’ll be charging me $125. She thinned my thick hair out so much that even after 6 months it hasn’t grown back to its original thickness and I am extremely upset. Such poor communication I am never coming back here again. I’ve never heard of any hairstylist using shearing scissors on their client without consent. The front staff made my horrible 1.5h haircut experience a little better though. Avoid this place or end up with no hair.
