Salon Cordeiro

I love this salon. All of the staff are excellent at their craft and work hard to ensure that every guest feels pampered. I often tell the staff that they're my fairy godmothers because I always feel like Cinderella heading to the ball when I'm there.

Friendly, knowledgeable and fun staff! I've been dealing with Salon Cordeiro for about 4 years and have been pleased as punch! No complaints here!! Britnee is awesome and I love her to death, she Rocks! I highly recommend Salon Cordeiro to anyone looking for high-class style without breaking the bank 🙂

I went in with hair and just wanted to get my roots lightened and she burnt most of it off, charged me, and then tried to sell me extensions. She also used the excuse that since she asked if she could put me under heat to help my hair lighten that it was my fault because I did not say no. Anyways, I left without most of my hair. Moral of the story, don't go to cordeiros...

I am a new customer and am not the type to get regular hair cuts as i️ am very particular about my hair. I scheduled an appointment with Romey because I️ had a great feeling about them when I️ met her and owner Leanne at my workplace! Fantastic vibe in the salon, very professional and very reasonably priced!! Romey not only did an amazing job on my hair, she made me feel right at home! Great work gals!! Will definitely be back!

I went to this salon simply because my amazing fair dresser in Vancouver went on Mat leave and was told the girls here are good. When the Britnee came to get me I specifically brought the colour mix from my previous stylist so she won’t be able to mess up and also had photos for her. I told her that I only wanted my roots touched up and just clean the ends barely as I’m trying to grow my hair out. Let’s start with the colour. I wanted a light strawberry blond root colour and what I ended up with was a very vibrant deep copper red. I wanted to cry. She tried to reassure me that the colour is temporary and that it will lighten up a lot in the next 3-5 days. I looked hideous and to top it off she took a good amount off my hair when she went to trim it. On top of this the front desk double booked her at the same time I was there so I feel that she was rushing through at the end and just wanted to get me out. After 3-4 days I called her back and she was nice enough to bring me back and tone the colour down so it wasn’t as horrific but now my light strawberry blond with blond highlights look like a medium to light brown all over. I’m very disappointed. I did not feel that she was listening to what I wanted. Overall, Britney was Ver friendly and personable, however I feel that she totally messed up my hair colour and cut way too much off when I just wanted the ends cleaneded up. I don’t mind spending the money on a good hair dresser but if you’re going to charge the rates this salon charges you’re going to want to make sure that the stylists that work there know their stuff.
