Subway

I go here almost weekly. Service is usually very speedy. The only problem is I am hard of hearing and even with my aids, I find it hard to hear and understand the staff as they have accents as well.... but we manage. Staff are well trained on the ever changing variety of products and always offer me a meal deal or pop or dessert etc which is a rare thing with most staff in other places... the owner must be happy for this. Parking is easy, store always clean and bright and new signage continually changing.

I went to this location once and it was a bad experience. I spoke to the owner and his kindness made me reconsider. I went back today and the owners wife was VERY rude. Im obviously not going to call again (especially knowing it's his wife) but I definitely won't be returning to this location. It's very disappointing that ive had two bad experiences here because its the only Subway in gan. Everyone there needs to learn what customer service is (excluding the owner) and maybe people will begin going back.
