I ordered the Lamb Jhaal Farezi and Basmati Rice, and later for dessert the Ras Malai. I enjoyed the food a lot, especially the main meal as it was tasty and succulent with just enough customized spiciness for flavor. The customer service was wonderful and the two male servers/hosts that welcomed me, took my order and brought my food and bill were wonderful, friendly and helpful with food suggestions when I was unsure about how hot the food would be.nnThe only thing is the bathrooms need to be repainted as the walls were not the cleanest and bathrooms are a part of a restaurant as much as anything else.

Very Satisfied with our experience! Me and my boyfriend stopped here and got some butter chicken, naan and papadam, everything tasted fresh, packed with flavour and the food was filling! The prices are phenomenal, we only spent $31 on everything which is so great compared to most places in this day and age! The quality of the food is top tier! The place could use a bit more decor but nonetheless is a lovely little spot, not to mention the friendly service to top it all off! Was a lovely time and definitely recommend going here!

Surprising find in Gananoque with fresh, flavourful, made from scratch South Asian food. Will definitely return. The spicy chicken kebab was exceptional! Unfortunately I was too involved in eating it to remember to take a photo!

Drui was our waiter and was fantastic! We sat outside on the patio and had a delicious meal. Each dish was fresh, tasty and well portioned. A must-go if visiting Gan, would recommend!

If you love authentic spicy Indian curries with all the nuances and finesse that go into making a dish, you will enjoy 1000 curry. Great service that will guide you through menu options. Things to get: chicken and lamb, basmati rice, butter naan and tandoori roti. They also have a LCBO license with a limited but wallet friendly wine list. Sit outside if you can; I found the interior space kind of depressing for cooking that shouts love emanating from the kitchen crew. Great job everyone!
