Staff are rude! One girl snapped at my son when she couldnt here what he wanted on his sub. I feel like every time I go in there I am bothering them by wanting to order a few subs. I will think twice about going to this location, maybe the Mill Bay staff have manners.

Good attention to my gluten allergy. Food was fresh but may take a few extra minutes due to training new employees.

Kids meals are made in 1/4 of a bun opposed to the usual 1/3 makes it not worth buying for the kids. Owner seems to be "conservative" with ingredients mainly proteins.

It's Subway. Always a treat. Good healthy food at a reasonable price. If they don't deserve 5 stars I sure don't know who does.
