Went in with a coupon for a 2-person breakfast deal. It included coffee; neither of us wanted the coffee. We asked if it could be simply left out, or switched with a couple cups of water. The older woman behind the counter absolutely refused, saying we had to get the coffee or we weren't going to be honored the coupon. I asked if we poured the coffee down the drain if she'd give us the deal, and she said yes. What logic is that? She wouldn't let us give her money for coffee (included in the coupon) and simply not actually poor the mugs. What a wasteful business practice. I told her we'd take our business somewhere else, and haven't been back since. In the past I've also had issues where they'd leave something out of our order (take out) pretty much every other visit. Nothing but trouble in this dirty, sticky, unpleasant place they try to pass as a restaurant.

Ranking on a curve here. A&W is considered fast food but it's definitely not as fast a Don's or other competitors. However, it's way better. A teen burger is more on par with a burger you'd get at a pub. They make their onion rings with... onions! Slice them up in the store and everything! People complaining about a damn respectable burger taking fifteen minutes should chill out. Go to McDonalds.
