I tried to give this place one more chance. MMM the pizza looked so good with that extra cheese, but bite.. no sauce. just dry crust. Ahhh so disappointed.

I thoroughly enjoy every experience I have there. Pizzas are affordable, tasty, offer a large variety of toppings, and the 2 for 1 deals can be great. Some of the features that I have taken advantage of include: Take and bake is an option for every pizza served on the menu. Pizza by the slice is also offered for lunch and dinner, with combo deals including sodas and such drinks. I would recommend Mill Bay Pizza to anyone in the Mill Bay/Cobble Hill area and to travelers passing on the highway looking for a quick bite to try out this establishment.

Pizza is missing flavor and delivery service is inconsistent..would not recommend or last resort.
