Subway

Ordered a grilled panini sub. I commented on the stingy application of the deli meat, prompting a rude retort from the staffer. She then put the sandwich in the microwave. I told her to stop, she nuked the sandwich anyway. I said that it was supposed to be a grilled sub...the grill is right in front of you. She put the sandwich in the grill for thirty seconds...yes, I timed it...and emerged with barely visible grill marks. She smirked at me and asked "satisfied?" I said no. I had already paid for the sandwich but I insisted on an inspection...it was a soggy mess. I insisted on a refund, which I received. The rude staffer said "you have a nice day, sir" as I left. No wonder this place is in financial trouble!

99 % off the time great service. Good quick food and friendly staff. They give tons of toppings on the subs too which is getting more uncommon. So it's a great spot. I'd recommend it out of the ton of them out there.
