McDonald's

Restaurant was filthy, restrooms had no toilet paper and we had to step over bags of garbage to get in the restroom. Coffee was good but the food was not fresh. Bun was stale and fries tasted like they had been sitting around awhile.

EDIT: 4/5 TIMES YOUR ORDER WILL BE WRONG. I'm so tired of picking up food to go home and realize they messed up and even affected allergies. Done with this location. When you are literally yelled at and talked down to for ordering a coffee for a friend.. let alone waiting 15minutes at 12pm for a coffee. Not coming back, I'll stick to Subway.

I come through to this McDonald's every other day and they rarely get the meals right but always fix it. It's annoying but it's ok if they at least replace bad or wrong orders. Today they refused to replace an order they messed up, in which I waited over 20 mins parked for by then everything else was cold and the bacon looked raw🤢. That's it for this place never again. The manager told me " no we don't mess up, it's you". You should be fired sir.

Worst mcdonalds imaginable will get the order mixed up or just wrong safest thing to order is a coffee through the drive through refuse to go in anymore and to get a coffee best times to go is before 7am on weekdays and between 1pm and 3pm if you go to get food in the day staff can't handle the drive through avoid the lunch rush and morning coffee rushes at this mcdonalds and they can just barely get it right any busy times the restaurant is a mess can't handle more than 5 people at once for order and you'll be lucky if you're coffee tastes right. I suggest hire more staff or fire the hiring and managing staff members as something somewhere has gone wrong I've been going to this mcdonalds since I was a young kid and used to be much better.

Under cooked/reheated bacon looks gross half the food was missing and had to wait almost 20 mins so the ice cream melted. Almost funny how slow and incompetent this place is for a "fast food" restaurant. It's your one job to put the right food in the bag with a straw and napkin, this is not hard stuff. Oh Tim Hortons in sooke hurry up plz.
