Honestly, I only go here when I don't have time to drive to a competent fast food place. 90 percent of my orders are wrong or missing something. This evening is a an example. Ordered a Dbl quarter pounder, got home and found a Single in the dbl box. I constantly get orders missing sauce for nuggets, no straws. And even get cold food straight out of the kitchen. Coffee is decent though
Basically.. the same as what everyone else has said. I am rather amazed actually that they have so *consistently* gotten my orders wrong. It's a sick marvel, in a twisted sort of way. Another case of a business that only continues to survive because the only other option is a near equally as bad Tim Hortons. Bit of a theme here in Sooke it seems.
The worst McDonald's I've ever seen in my life. They go out of their the way to antagonise normal human beings. They shut the AC to their walls because they believe it would stop homeless people from using it. But what they did was stop seniors having a place to go. This is happening all over the country. Don't let it happen to you. There's an aw right across the street
They consistently forget to put the items you order and pay for in the bag. The last 3 times we've been here they've not given us all of our order. And they do not answer their phones. Poor service
This location has slow service seems cannot do more than one thing at a time and No quality control on the food going out. Save your money for some place else.
Just in for a chicken mcmuffin meal, get home to find a piece of chicken, no sauce or cheese and stuffed between those syrup things not a english muffin who would eat this sweet chicken cake thing......is it worth the drive to exchange as usual no.....just more dissapointment wish I could say it was the first time or even 2nd or 3rd this place messes up but sadly it happens more often than not, my own fault for not learning and just going to A&W or Tim Hortons from now on.
Abysmal. The new management makes employees clear the order as soon as it comes up so they have good franchise statistics, as a result almost every other customized meal is messed up. Not to mention the meals are thrown together as fast and lazily as possible so you end up with a scrunched up bun and cheese hanging out the side. Undoubtedly the worst McDonald’s venue I’ve ever had the misfortune of visiting.
This place is just consistently terrible. We try and do a family McDonald’s breakfast once a week, but every single time with two exceptions in 5-6months we have to finish cooking these rancid hash browns for 10-15mins. We literally slammed the hash brown in the garbage this time. You make $15/hr now to cook f’in hash browns properly, like Jesus Christ!
I ordered a McGriddle without the round, just egg and cheese, but I got a McGriddle with just the sausage round and cheese, I couldn’t eat it
Not the fault of the restaurant but the drive thru is in a terrible location. Only reason for 4 stars. Food: best egg mcmuffins my wife and I have had in a while all over Alberta and BC. Fresh and hot. Iced coffee was perfect - liquid sugar balance with milk was bang on. Service: No complaints. Fast food as it should be
